I recently visited the breakfast buffet and the restaurants at the Four Points Sheraton, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience. The customer service was exceptional ๐Ÿ˜ the staff were welcoming, attentive, and the tables were always spotless. The dining area is super clean and organized; the staff quickly cleared and reset the tables, so everything felt fresh. The buffet had an amazing variety ๐Ÿงก options for vegetarians, all kinds of milks, fresh juices, a cheese bar, and even gluten-free bread and healthy bars. I especially loved that you could customize your own omelet or enjoy a classic continental breakfast. I want to give a special thanks to Rav and seynila ๐Ÿ™ they provided outstanding service with a professional attitude and really made my visit exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a top-notch breakfast and dinner experience!

stayed for 5 nights with my wife and 7 years old son.i would say if CBD is your interest then it's very much a good location. the highlight is surely the breakfast crew the whole team is so so friendly and welcoming .Being a first timer to Australia the the restaurant gave a welcoming feel of the Aussies. Breakfast was simple and great and thanks for the single asian dish( fried noodles and rice) prepared everyday that saves my son's morning.

Stayed at this hotel last week. Pluses: 1. The staff were very friendly and amazing! Keep it up 2. The hotel is 10 mins away from Kings Park 3. It is conveniently located opposite the Arena 4. The rooms are clean Minuses: 1. The iron needs some cleaning. My poor white shirt :( 2. The rooms is a bit dated 3. Gym only operates 6am-10pm - not ideal if you wake up and follow East Coast timings.

We originally booked a different hotel for this trip, but when our flight was changed, we had to book an additional night here. Given a choice, we would have stayed here for the entire stay, but our original hotel was non-refundable โ€“ so we ended up staying just one night, or rather fewer than 12 hours, because our flight arrived at 1:15 in the morning. We arrived at the hotel at nearly 3:00am, but we made our plans way ahead. After booking our room via the Bonvoy app, we contacted the hotel to ensure our room was not marked as a no-show because of our flight. The hotel was very kind to respond to our request for the late check-in and several other requests we made. Upon check-in, Lucian handled us very kindly and professionally and was super friendly. When we entered our room, we loved the adorable surprise the team kindly prepared for us โ€“ we highly appreciate it. As it is super late and the flight was quite long, we decided to shower and immediately went to bed (Owh, Lucian marked our check-out a bit later than the standard check-out). Waking up slightly later in the morning, we spent our morning enjoying the surprise the hotel prepared for us while looking out at the nice view from the hotel window. Check-out was a breeze, and we moved on to our original hotel. Next time, we would definitely stay here.

The counter staff was very helpful especially Phoebe. Rooms are nice and big. Beds are comfortable with a long pillow which could doubles as a booster. Location is really nice and central.
