Feed the Rainbow Lorrikeets with a small donation before going into the park. Was great, took some time for the birds to come over. But, nice watching them fly around. The train is great for you to look around and figure out your plan for the day. Loved the bird show very entertaining. You can go into an area with Lemurs. They are up a bit but theres no fence between you and them. Feed and pat kangaroos is great for the kids.

It's our first time to visit Currumbin eventhough we came at lunch time so we hadn't got the chance to see some of their scheduled programs, we still enjoyed. My family did had fun. We love the experience of riding the train seeing the whole currumbin area. We love the walk on their bushes seeing all the wildlife animals. Knowing that they are all well taken care of by the staff in this sanctuary. In all spaces they do have some refreshments that you can stay and buy which is pretty good when you have small kids. We definitely recommend this for everyone.

The light show at night was absolutely incredible!! Worth every cent!! Do highly recommend getting a hot chocolate for the walk. You’ll absolutely love the way they have set up the lights and music through the entire place. Only thing I would like to see eould be the train lit up and running at night to!!

Highly recommend visiting Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary if you're looking for an authentic Australian wildlife experience on the Gold Coast. The park is well maintained, with plenty of natural bushland that makes it feel more like a nature reserve than a zoo. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the animal encounters are fantastic, you can get up close to pet and feed kangaroos, koalas, colorful lorikeets, and many other native Australian animals. A great day out for families, and visitors wanting an authentic Australian wildlife experience.

Low-key wildlife centre featuring all the favourites. Walk along the lush walking tracks or catch the train for the full sanctuary tour. Be sure to check out the birds of prey show.
