I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years and to be quite honest when I first arrived here I was not that impressed, it’s rough around the edges to say the least. However, I’ve stayed multiple times and I’ve grown to love this hotel very much. The thing that makes this hotel special are the staff that work hard to ensure you have a good time, that’s all the staff, not just the front of house but the staff that clean the rooms and cook the food too. We usually stay in a club room as we enjoy the afternoon tea and cocktail hour. It also gives us the chance to meet the staff we’ve met before. Special mention to Roxy, Cedric and Xandra. Thank you! The pools are huge, the rooms are a bit dated but nice. If you’re lucky Kangaroos might hop past while you’re sipping your Pina Colada! Stay in the week and you’ll have it all to yourself. Don’t judge a book by its cover and you’ll have a super time! Cheers to my favourite hotel group IHG.

A nice hotel in a very pretty location and a number of great eating and shopping options nearby at the marina. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are nice but a bit dated now and the air conditioning was very noisy and also really struggled to bring the in-room temperature down enough (was set to 22 but I’d estimate it never got below 26-28 in there) and so sleeping was a bit sticky and muggy. Otherwise, great venue.

I love this place. Took my mum there for girls’ staycation. I booked a stay and dine package which includes dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Mum is in wheelchair chair but the hotel buggy was only a phone call away ready to take us to explore around the Hotel. This was the best service for people who needs help getting around. All the staffs we met were warm and friendly. They will try to help you with everything. We met this Room attendant on the side of the road and asked him if he knows where the sauna is. He wasn’t too sure about it but He didn’t turn me away or redirect me to someone else because he was busy instead he was trying to find the place for me. The dinner included in the deal was a three course meals. Meal was very fresh and well cooked. The buffet breakfast has good selection and campos coffee was also included. Who doesn’t need a good cup of coffee in the morning. I would totally go stay there again.

This is a true luxury resort. The staff ( apart from a very grumpy young barista) are superb and can’t do enough for you. The facilities are fabulous with pool spa lagoon, games room and activities for everyone. Nearby is the Country club where you can play golf and use their gym. Next door is the Marina Village which has boutiques and restaurants and an IGA. Opened late 80’s it has held up pretty well though a few parts are starting to look a little tired, but there is ongoing renovation work. The breakfast buffet is varied and of high quality. Was there for a wedding and the glass chapel was lovely and the reception in the Grange which was so amazing. Congratulations IHG. A great property.

Beautiful family stay at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort We had an amazing family stay here. The resort is stunning, with beautiful gardens and the lagoon pool being a huge hit with our son. It feels relaxed, spacious, and perfect for families wanting a proper break. The staff truly made our stay. Zandra in the Club Lounge was absolutely incredible with our son. So warm, patient, and genuinely caring. She made him feel so special and turned each visit into a highlight of our day. Gabrielle at lagoon bar makes the best chilli mango margaritas too! Zoe at The Fireplace was also fantastic. Friendly, welcoming, and made the experience feel easy and fun. The steaks at The Fireplace were outstanding. Easily some of the best we’ve had. Spacious rooms, a great breakfast, and a calm resort atmosphere made this a really memorable family holiday. We left feeling relaxed and very grateful. We can’t wait to return.
