Good room, plush beds. Book early and get nice discounts. Nice access to pool and golf club, and these outdoor facilities are well maintained. Breakfast and meals are so-so, but it is as expected. However, staff knowledge and cleanliness can improve. Dining and reception systems are not directly connected, whicu caused confusion when there are alterations in billing. Rooms need to be fully cleaned (that is vacuumed) when being cleaned. Plus, we put on the "Clean for Green" tag in front of our rooms (this provides an incentive for $10/day credit-back on food and beverages during our stay) - however, the cleaning team seems to have not cleaned our rooms at all, plus the credit was not added to our rooms automatically. We needed to contact the reception about this, which they happily added the correct numbers to our credits - albeit our rooms were not 'green cleaned' at all. This makes our experience slightly annoying. However, we could say that it is still overall a good resort. With tiny details to be improved.

We’ve stayed at Mercure Gold Coast Resort quite a few times now for our annual event, and it’s always a good experience. The staff are mostly all pretty friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The resort has a gym, which is a nice addition, nice pool area, function area is nice and outdoor areas are great also. The breakfast offers a good spread with plenty of options. While the main menu is still quite limited for dietary requirements, the team did a much better job with the event menu this time, which was appreciated. Overall, a good experience once again. We look forward to returning next year.

I recently enjoyed a stay at the Mercure Gold Coast Resort and was absolutely blown away by the quality of the experience, especially their dedication to their pet-friendly program. Travelling with my dog is often a challenge, but the Mercure makes it feel seamless and luxurious. The dog-friendly rooms are truly exceptional. They are strategically located on the ground floor with a private courtyard and direct access to the resort’s beautiful walking areas, making those early morning and late-night potty breaks effortless. Beyond the convenience, the room itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. The bedding was plush, the space was immaculate, and it genuinely felt like a haven for both my pet and me. They even provide thoughtful touches like a dog bed, food bowls, and a welcome pack! The positive experience extended far beyond the room. Dining at the on-site restaurant, The Green Dining, was an absolute delight. The food was simply delicious, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients that highlighted their garden-to-plate philosophy. Finally, the entire staff was amazing and incredibly friendly. From check-in to check-out, every member of the team made us feel welcome, not just as guests, but as family. Their warm, professional, and genuinely helpful attitude truly elevated the entire stay. If you are looking for a resort where you don't have to compromise on comfort, cleanliness, or culinary excellence when travelling with your furry friend, the Gold Coast Mercure is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return!

Most of the staff were helpful. However, one morning we ordered breakfast from your a la carte menu and had to wait for one hour before food came out. And I wanted to order something from kids menu for my nephews, staff advised that menu is available only from 11 am. I’m from Hospitality also and I noticed that majority of your guests was families with kids. I recommend to have few options on your a la carte breakfast menu for kids too. Then housekeeping was not done properly on a couple of days during my stay. Such as changing bed linen with clean ones, my duvet was covered only from one side when I checked in, replacing amenities, refilling liquid soap and so on. Apart from these things, my overall stay was good and relaxing. Thanks to all the staff who tried to made it better! Special mention to Luka who was really helpful with the luggages…

Our stay at the Mercury Hotel was made truly special by the wonderful dining experience at their restaurant. It was a peaceful and beautiful setting, The food was absolutely spectacular, especially the breakfast! Simple dishes like spinach were transformed into something extraordinary. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by Rafael. His professionalism and attentiveness made our experience even more enjoyable since check in . Great service can elevate a stay, and Rafael truly exemplified this with his warm and helpful demeanor. If you’re looking for a place that not only offers fantastic food but also values outstanding service, the restaurant at Mercury Hotel is a must-visit, especially thanks to Rafael! Great facilities included kids hub !
