We were welcomed by very friendly staff, enjoyed a smooth 8pm check-in, and were able to grab dinner straight away from the cart — which was excellent. Our room was clean and perfectly suited to our needs. We loved our stay and will definitely book again, next time for longer. The lobby’s beautiful aroma was a lovely finishing touch. The staff were particularly lovely, especially Laura at the breakfast desk. The buffet breakfast was generous and tasty, with great coffee too.

Stayed here with my significant other for a one night getaway and it was a lovely experience. The location is far from commercial establishments and busy roads so privacy and ambiance was great. The staff were all warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, had all the amenities we needed and came with a great view, although not having an elevator to carry our heavy bags was a bit of a challenge but not a major hassle. Took a dip in the pool early in the morning and ended it in the jacuzzi which was my favourite part of the experience. Then we had a fantastic meal with their gigantic breakfast buffet which was complete from hot to cold meals and even in-house made juices. Overall we had a pleasant experience and would recommend it as a nice weekend getaway for couples.

My experience at this hotel was not good. 1. My bathroom had mold. Called and advised reception straight away and they advised a cleaner will come. The cleaner came around 7pm, used bleach to try and clean it off. I was told it could not all be cleaned as some of it had silicone on top. Despite being tired, i had to leave my room for a while for to air it out due to the strong bleach smell. 2. The booking make through luxury escape was for a twin pool view. I had 4213 which was nowhere near the pool and no view at all. I raised this issue and was advised to follow up with luxury escape as it was not their issue. I showed my booking confirmation for evidence. I guess thats another follow up i have to do. 3. The aircon was leaking water and the room had a damp smell 4.My key stopped working and had to wait for maintanance to come and fix it before i could leave and get my uber deliveries within the hour of arrival. 5. The bathroom sink was not secured. Lifting it to open it meant the whole tap lifted too. See photos. Bubbles where coming out of the floor drain when showering. 6. The building was not accessible- no lift. Dont get how people are expected to carry suitcases up the stairs. I only had a small suit case so the impact was minimal 7. There was a huge cockroach in my room This booking was not cheap for me to have such an experience. I was really upset because i really needed this was a much needed break which turned into an anxiety inducing experience. Ireen P.

Good room, plush beds. Book early and get nice discounts. Nice access to pool and golf club, and these outdoor facilities are well maintained. Breakfast and meals are so-so, but it is as expected. However, staff knowledge and cleanliness can improve. Dining and reception systems are not directly connected, whicu caused confusion when there are alterations in billing. Rooms need to be fully cleaned (that is vacuumed) when being cleaned. Plus, we put on the "Clean for Green" tag in front of our rooms (this provides an incentive for $10/day credit-back on food and beverages during our stay) - however, the cleaning team seems to have not cleaned our rooms at all, plus the credit was not added to our rooms automatically. We needed to contact the reception about this, which they happily added the correct numbers to our credits - albeit our rooms were not 'green cleaned' at all. This makes our experience slightly annoying. However, we could say that it is still overall a good resort. With tiny details to be improved.

We had 7 night stay here over new years and the staff were very friendly and kind to my 3yo son. We had a hire car and was always about 20 mins easy drive from wherever we wanted to go. Ample parking available and Room was very comfortable , pillows and mattress of great quality, towels and sheets were clean and replenished daily and housekeeping took care of our needs perfectly. Really liked the shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Breakfast everyday was great and we also enjoyed casual dinner at the Cut on night 1, service and food were really nice. The kids playroom was also a great addition alongside seasonal activities like face painting. My one recommendation would've been to stock the playroom with better supplies as I noticed the majority of parents in there had toddlers but they were not able to play with much besides the foam bricks.
