Great stay and in a superb location with scenic beach facing views on high floors. Room is cleaned well daily by housekeeping and well stocked up with tea and coffee pods. A must stay place if you’re in surfers paradise. Only qualm is that the shower water pressure is very low pressure likely due to high floors hence water pressure is low. Overall will stay at this property again if back to Gold Coast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beach view from our room was absolutely stunning and made the whole experience so relaxing. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants and other services nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the food was delicious with plenty of great options. A special thank you to the reception staff who really paid attention to detail and made us feel valued guests. The thoughtful gift of wine was such a lovely surprise and added a personal touch to our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I had a late check in about 8.30pm room was nice and view great. I booked this stay to catch up on some paperwork before an important meeting the following day. I went out for a late meal and came back to a power outage/black out at Hotel. Unfortunately it was out for a few hours so i couldn't catch up on my paperwork. The power came back on early in the morning i think around 3am meaning tv lights and everything came on was woken by that! Good location, nice staff but unfortunate timing for me.

Fantastic location. Just a few minutes walk to the surfer's paradise beach and a lot of eateries. There is a tram station right opposite to get around the city. Parking needs to be paid in advance as it is shared with the surfer's paradise mall. Rooms were okay and not really up to the "Novotel" brand. We have seen better ones in other cities. Breakfast buffet is good and has decent vegetarian options.

We love the hotel especially it's location and we stay there every year at least once. We have our favourite room that we like staying in it which unfortunately wasn't available again due to renovation. After changing rooms we received quite a compatible room and from that time on our experience improved. The staff was very obliging and pleasant our requests were fulfilled so we enjoyed ourselves. The only issues that disturbed and spoiled our stay were,the ongoing work on the hotel the noise because of it and also the limited time that was allocated for the use of the pool .
