I stayed for 3 nights in a spa suite. The staff were amazing, the room was clean and perfectly sized but the bedroom was not sleep able as I am a hot sleeper and there is no air-conditioning in the room and also the TV is not smart and I need tv to sleep but cant hack TV channels and need to cast. Other than that the facilities are great, the staff are amazing and the positioning is great.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the hotel is close to the Parramatta CBD. However they are showing a bit of wear and tear. The hot water was sporadic and shower curtain had a seam of mold. They also have a bond fee of $100 on rooms that are already fully paid for which takes several days for it to be released.

Extremely outdated hotel, the aircon fan in my room was making a very loud rattling noise, I would have not been able to sleep with it running. I asked to be moved to another room, that room had same issue. 3rd room was better. In this room Toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned and again was very outdated, especially the bathroom. Staff were nice however this hotel is in some major need of some TLC. I wonder how many times management will simply acknowledge the bad reviews and just say sorry.l before something is actually addressed.

First off amazing staff who are always willing to go above and beyond to help a customer. The wonderful front desk managers here and people who work here make this place good. The rooms and location are very good.

There is nothing 4 star about this hotel and the fact that it tries to claim anything of the sort is kind of laughable. In an "apartment" room... and the first thing that hit me as I walked out of the lift was the smell. It smelled like I was in an Indian restaurant. Unfortunately that carried through into my room. Thankfully there was a balcony to open the door and let some fresh air in because of how the building is set up though the rest of the hotel had the pleasure of watching me watch tv like a live version of Gogglebox. The longer I have spent in the place the more grubby and grimly it feels. Light switches filthy and haven't been cleaned in years (no exaggeration the dust build up is terrible). Its grotty and it hasn't been well looked after. Black mould in the shower, cracks in the walls, kitchen... grimey. Everything just feels ick. Then there is the bed. Pretty sure the mattress is from 2000 which was probably the last time this place actually met the min standards for 4 star hotel. Front desk person was friendly, its located close to train and Westfield - train is very close though so you get the noise. The apartment room has full sized fridge and there are basic cooking facilities and washer dryer - is it enough to overcome the grimey rundown quality... not in my opinion. No shower caps or other amenities have been provided which i believe is also min standard for 4 star. Sorry mantra - not to your usual brand standard which is disappointing and I wont be back....
