First off amazing staff who are always willing to go above and beyond to help a customer. The wonderful front desk managers here and people who work here make this place good. The rooms and location are very good.

My bed sheets had yellow stains. The curtains are vinyl curtains from the 90's, no longer pulled across. The fridge didn't close/ not cool due to the ice box being full of frost keeping the fridge door open. Lights are dated and uniform. Floor had foot prints that weren't mine. I doubt this room was cleaned before I got it. Terrible. The noise from the cars and train was bad. The room had dust everywhere.

We stayed at Mantra Parramatta and found that it is in good location and accessible to trains. The room was clean and well presented. When we arrived at the reception, we were warmly greeted by Salma Vajracharya. She was very friendly, very helpful and best of all her charming and helpful friendly nature won our hearts. During checkout also she gifted us yummy chocolate and water to take with us. I am going to recommend this hotel to my friends. Thanks, Nalini and Deepak Joshi from Melbourne.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the hotel is close to the Parramatta CBD. However they are showing a bit of wear and tear. The hot water was sporadic and shower curtain had a seam of mold. They also have a bond fee of $100 on rooms that are already fully paid for which takes several days for it to be released.

Extremely outdated hotel, the aircon fan in my room was making a very loud rattling noise, I would have not been able to sleep with it running. I asked to be moved to another room, that room had same issue. 3rd room was better. In this room Toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned and again was very outdated, especially the bathroom. Staff were nice however this hotel is in some major need of some TLC. I wonder how many times management will simply acknowledge the bad reviews and just say sorry.l before something is actually addressed.
