I stayed for 3 nights in a spa suite. The staff were amazing, the room was clean and perfectly sized but the bedroom was not sleep able as I am a hot sleeper and there is no air-conditioning in the room and also the TV is not smart and I need tv to sleep but cant hack TV channels and need to cast. Other than that the facilities are great, the staff are amazing and the positioning is great.

Extremely outdated hotel, the aircon fan in my room was making a very loud rattling noise, I would have not been able to sleep with it running. I asked to be moved to another room, that room had same issue. 3rd room was better. In this room Toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned and again was very outdated, especially the bathroom. Staff were nice however this hotel is in some major need of some TLC. I wonder how many times management will simply acknowledge the bad reviews and just say sorry.l before something is actually addressed.

First off amazing staff who are always willing to go above and beyond to help a customer. The wonderful front desk managers here and people who work here make this place good. The rooms and location are very good.

I phoned during the week to confirm we needed a cot and was told they would “do their best to provide a cot” - I said no, I have a 1 year old. I need a cot or we won’t be coming. On arrival I checked if we had a cot and was told there was not. They scrambled to find one and ended up putting a cot in our room but it had no mattress and was a piece of wood in the bottom instead. I wouldn’t put a dog in that cot, never mind a baby! The property is right next to a train station, even with all windows and doors closed, there is still a lot of noise all night. The air con was also broken and blowing out warm air only. I should have checked the reviews as someone complained about the air con 3 months and clearly they’ve never fixed it. The sofa was broken in our room as well and sunk down in the middle. The list could be never ending as to how bad this stay was. I am so disappointed in my stay. We paid a bit extra to stay in what we thought was meant to be a nicer hotel and am left feeling very disappointed.

My bed sheets had yellow stains. The curtains are vinyl curtains from the 90's, no longer pulled across. The fridge didn't close/ not cool due to the ice box being full of frost keeping the fridge door open. Lights are dated and uniform. Floor had foot prints that weren't mine. I doubt this room was cleaned before I got it. Terrible. The noise from the cars and train was bad. The room had dust everywhere.
