We had such a wonderful experience! The staff were absolutely amazing so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Due to disability requirements, we were upgraded, and the suite we received was incredible. We also dined at Woodcut, which was a superb restaurant, and when we needed to change our booking from Epicurean, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Truly excellent service from start to finish!

One of the best hotels in Sydney, however, it doesn't quite meet the 5-star experience in other hotels. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Although some amenities available during my previous stays at Crown were no longer provided. All the staff are very friendly. The gym is decent and has a good variety of equipment. Good location with plenty of dining options.

The service is average for a 5 stars hotel. The room although was generally looked nice, it lacked of amenities and cleanliness. We basically had to called the housekeeping a few times during our stay. Only a couple packet of teas, not enough cup or towel for the amount of guest staying, bed head was dusty. I think for the price, it could be better. Toilet was pretty standard but spacious. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Morning breakfast was a breeze, a good made barista coffee and excellent selection of food and drink.

I had originally booked a three-night stay at Crown for my wedding, but due to extremely poor communication I have now cancelled my reservation. I was given two completely different responses by two duty managers — one confirmed I could use a villa for photos, while another later refused this unless I upgraded. This lack of consistency is unacceptable, especially when planning something as important as a wedding. On top of that, Crown denied my event stylist the ability to set up and remove décor in my room, insisting everything must be handled in-house. The inflexibility, combined with the conflicting information, made me lose all confidence in their service. For a hotel of this calibre, the level of professionalism and clarity in communication was well below expectations.
