Overall, our stay at Sydney Crown Hotel was pleasant. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately not as helpful as we hoped. We requested assistance with picking up some items from our car, but after waiting for quite a while, the staff never brought them. On a positive note, the breakfast was great—lots of variety and the food was tasty. Our room was comfortable and well-kept, but one small issue was the large column that partially blocked the view, which was a bit disappointing given the hotel’s beautiful location. Despite these minor setbacks, it was still an enjoyable stay!

Room is luxurious but expected because of the premium price. Very happy with the views too! Check in was quick and easy. Nice touch to include champagne BUT it took 3 phone calls after waiting for more than 1 hour from the first call to receive the champagne. That's the reason for the 1 star rating in service. Hope they'll improve as the potential for 4-5 stars rating is there

Great location, easy to get to. Rooms, while very expensive, we're top class. Service was great at the front bar, room service fast and no waiting for breakfast. Only major downside if you don't book valet parking, I don't think there is on-site parking. 19th floor had awesome view of harbour Bridge and Opera House.

Went to the Harvest Buffet restaurant, and the food was truly next level. We had the freshest seafood, the Goat Biryani was simply amazing, and the desserts had the BEST sprinkles. This is just the beginning; cuisines from all over the world and the staff were fantastic. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
