An awesome find. Visiting from QLD and when looking around Circular Quay all the venues were really busy. I found this place which sounded good, and for a slightly out of the spotlight location, it turned out to be absolutely amazing. Love the ambience in the venue, and the cocktails were top quality. Also bought a few bottles of the gin. Loved the tasting flight. The staff were also friendly and let us shift around some of the outdoor tables to suit us better. Will definitely go back here.

Superb food and memorable experience at Hickson House Distilling Co. Had an unforgettable dining experience at Hickson House Distilling Co. The location is a bit tucked away and harder to get to, but well worth the effort. The food was superb — we enjoyed the fried cauliflower, which was delicious and unique, along with rosemary and garlic focaccia, lamb cutlet, cheeseburger, and gnocchi with their signature Hickson House crazy water. Every dish was packed with flavour and beautifully prepared. The setting was stunning — a bit avant-garde with an opulent, sophisticated vibe, reminiscent of the Atlas Bar in Singapore. The ambience made the whole experience feel special and elevated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, craft spirits, and a memorable atmosphere.

Great staff and beautiful building and location. Did the gin flight and highly recommend. Australian gin with tonic 5*, and the oyster gin as a martini were great. Had the tuna ceviche in recommendation from the bartender and it was a perfect accompaniment.

Wonderful food and cocktails. We were originally reluctant about trying the kangaroo tartare and Vegemite combination, but it was phenomenal. We also really enjoyed our gin and tonics
