Location location location! This place is so cheap for being in such a perfect, central location with the Haymarket tram being just outside the door and so close to central train station! Friendly staff! Negatives include; Needed a bigger door as a larger person it was difficult to enter the shower Stained carpet Single beds were on wheels and we were rolling all over the room Only toiletries we had were a tiny ‘conditioning shampoo’ and a tiny bar of soap. We got breakfast included which was one plate of food served by the workers. My mum and I were clearly together and they served my food but told my mum she had to wait 10 minutes for more food to be cooked. However the breakfast was yummy However, for the price and location this place is amazing. I’ll defiantly be back!

Much nicer than I was expecting. Furnishings basic but rooms large and largely clean, which is all you can ask for a budget property steps from Central. Opted for a room without housekeeping and didn’t miss it over three days - probably for the best, since the in-room safe was broken. Queen bed was actually two twins pushed together, so not terribly comfortable but also fine for the price. Room I was assigned was quiet, though your mileage may vary…some rooms directly facing elevators, and some floor tiles were very creaky in hallways which I can imagine being annoying in nearby rooms. Chose it for its price and location, and got more than I expected. Attached to a decent pub.

Every time I travel to Sydney, I have to visit these guys as their food is amazing. Such large portions and at a reasonable price. The staff have always been fantastic. Great pub, great atmosphere and perfect for a meal

What a amazing place to stay so close to to railway station and the tram were just outside across the road. They staff were so helpful. The breakfast was awesome Continental or cooked at a great prices we also had dinner really great too. I will definitely come back to stay if I'm ever in Sydney again.

Great place to stay at an affordable price in the heart of Sydney. Rooms are outdated and the bed was a bit stiff, but honestly couldn’t fault the overall establishment. Had a great charm to it and the food was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
