When considering a service office, be cautious about hidden fees and charges, even after the contract is terminated. Here's a sample of potential charges you might encounter: Meeting Room Usage Fees (all seperate charge) 1. Meeting Room Fee 2. Booking Fee 3. Whiteboard Fee (hourly charged) 4. Cleaning Fee (for wiping tables and straightening chairs) 5. meeting room Setup Fee (for setting up the whiteboard, ClickShare, and placing extra water in the room) Termination Fees (Example for a 17 sqm room with 3 chairs and 3 tables after 4 months light use, nothing damage) 1. After Hours Painting: $740 (minimum of 2 hours at $370 per hour) 2. Commercial Carpet Cleaning: $300 (2 hours at $150 per hour, managed by building management) 3. We were unhappy with our time at servcorp, there was always false, unexpected and hidden charges on every invoice. Manager was hostile and unhelpful.

The office is well located with easy access and plenty of parkings for visiting clients. The staff are friendly and helpful. Office is well presented with great meeting facilities. The good thing about this office is there is a tennis court, BBQ area and a swimming pool. I can work and exercise without going to the gym. Macquarie shopping centre just 10-15 minutes walk.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
