We spend about 3rd of the year in ihg hotels in UK. The Crown Plaza Sydney Airport is outstanding. We had a great clean room and the bed was so comfortable with lovely comfortable pillows. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine and card for being diamond members. The staff are amazing, friendly and professional and so welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. It was beautifully presented and very tasty. The breakfast staff couldn't do enough for us. A massive thumbs up. Would definitely recommend.

We could not recommend this hotel highly enough. First and foremost the staff (including Ashleigh as manager) are caring and accommodating in a manner that is uncommon in global hotel chains. We had a medical emergency whilst staying and the staff were exemplary and so supportive. The facilities and rooms are thoughtful and curated for this price point. The room has a coffee machine, there is sparkling water in the lobby, a weighing machine for luggage prior to going to the airport, towels in the gym etc etc. All very thoughtful touches that indicate the service is not cutting corners and trying to add value. We loved the location being so proximate to the airport, but with great coffee, eateries and a train station minutes walking distance away. Thanks so much for everything!

We went to meet up with friends staying there & for the $38 breakfast buffet on Mother's Day. Was very nice..it's a full buffet. Plenty of favourites and all fresh with wonderful staff who are extremely friendly. Parking underneath, speak to reception about free 2hrs.

Very glad I chose to stay here, the room was very comfortable and the service was great. I booked the airport shuttle and it made my departure so much easier. I didn't see much of the hotel as I arrived late and left early, but I think I will be back in the future.

The staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with two queen beds. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, within easy walking distance to train stations and grocery stores. We stayed here on New Year’s Eve, and the hotel added a thoughtful touch with complimentary wine, a personalized card, and a welcome message displayed on the TV. Although our stay was brief—less than 12 hours—as we checked in late, watched the fireworks at the Harbor, and caught an early morning flight, it was a wonderful experience. The ease of access to the train station and proximity to the airport made our stay at Crowne Plaza even better.
