Highly recommended with children! Very clean, very spacious as we travelled with little ones so they had enough space to move around the apartment. We loved that the apartments weren’t in the middle of everything, wasn’t very busy and easily navigated around to and from! Sandy and John at the front desk were amazing, very understanding and very helpful we can’t speak highly enough of them. They both made myself and my little family feel very much at home. We have found our new place to stay each visit from the country to city!

had two separate reservations at this hotel in the last few weeks and have found the hotel that's perfect for me when visiting Sydney for endurance running events. great location being really close to Mascot train station for easy access into the CBD, rooms were quiet (#201 and #304), didn't notice any traffic noise or disturbances from other guests. able to securely store my luggage before and after reservations - received a phone call from reception when check-in was available as I arrived early from interstate on both occasions. added surprise for me was the availability of a shower on the ground floor in an accessible toilet/bathroom - towels were offered and was able to freshen up after the Sydney Marathon as my flight back home was in the late afternoon.

Booked an overnight stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. Great rooms. Very spacious with all the amenities one would need. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes, alomg with a supermarket close by n transport at ur doorstep. Staff very very nice and friendly. My only complaint was the very hefty surcharge when using a credit card $6.50!! I believe this is way overcharging. Next time I will pay cash. Great spot. I wil be back.

Excellent value for the price! A rare thing for Sydney. The rooms were typical size, clean and offered basic comforts. Half the staff were lovely, some seemed disinterested in helping. We had a mini kitchen in our room, so that was a lovely surprise. A lack of a compendium or any information at all was a problem. Apart from that, everything you could basically need and 3 minutes walk to the train or bus. Perfect if you want easy access to the CBD or outer Sydney, plus the airport and be able to return to a clean and comfy room. Would happily stay again.

If you're an international traveler looking for a good night's sleep after a long and tiring trip to Australia, I highly recommend avoiding this "hotel" at all costs. The property also houses long-term tenants who are extremely loud, and you can hear them talking loudly throughout the night. Quiet hours are not enforced, so if you happen to be in a room next to one of these tenants, good luck getting any sleep. We stayed in a room on the first floor, and one of the tenants was hosting a gathering—complete with a cat. Additionally, you can't control the room temperature as it is centrally managed.
