Rooms are always spotless and spacious. Location is good, walking distance to railway, restaurants, and grocery stores. Not far from airport, but not a lot of flight noise. We stay here regularly.
Highly recommended with children! Very clean, very spacious as we travelled with little ones so they had enough space to move around the apartment. We loved that the apartments weren’t in the middle of everything, wasn’t very busy and easily navigated around to and from! Sandy and John at the front desk were amazing, very understanding and very helpful we can’t speak highly enough of them. They both made myself and my little family feel very much at home. We have found our new place to stay each visit from the country to city!
If you're an international traveler looking for a good night's sleep after a long and tiring trip to Australia, I highly recommend avoiding this "hotel" at all costs. The property also houses long-term tenants who are extremely loud, and you can hear them talking loudly throughout the night. Quiet hours are not enforced, so if you happen to be in a room next to one of these tenants, good luck getting any sleep. We stayed in a room on the first floor, and one of the tenants was hosting a gathering—complete with a cat. Additionally, you can't control the room temperature as it is centrally managed.
Stay was pretty good even on the first floor facing the road. The road noise was very minimal. Had plenty of kitchen facilities. Great shower. Check-in was hassle free. Great staff. Would definitely stay again.
I haven't been to a hotel and experienced the incompetents I experienced at the Adina I was lied to and the room wasn't up to scratch. I was promised one thing but no one showed up. Called up service desk last night had dial 5x before someone answered the air con wouldn't work properly. I can keep going if you like
