We enjoyed our stay. Location is good. Staff were supportive and lovely. But could be more clean: 1. The glass at room had a trace of lips on it showing have put a used glass 2. Found dirty cups and plates among in breakfast 3. Not sure the cleaning plan for aisles but during our 3 nights stay they were not clean.

I really enjoyed my stay here at PARKROYAL. The customer service here is amazing! The staff were really polite and helpful. You can really tell that they care about their customers. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. I loved the location and is about a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour. I have nothing bad to say about this place!! I highly recommend 🤍

We stayed here with the kids for just one night due to it being easily accessible to darling harbour. It was only a 10min walk to the places we were taking the kids for Christmas adventures. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was stunning. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The bathroom was huge and had a bath for the kids to enjoy. I will definitely stay here again. It is probably one of the best value for money hotels with easy access to darling harbour that I've ever stayed in.

Great experience at this Hotel, we booked executive suite and it didn’t disappoint… Room was very clean and quite decent sized. It had 2 bathrooms, a separate living area with sofa bed and 2 TVs.. the bedroom and living areas can be separated by door as independent units, great if you have young children… the breakfast spread was great and the as very well served through ample options, especially with the noodles, fried rice and dumpling section.. overall great experience.. only one bit of advice had to call at least 2-3 times to get a response either for room service or concierge or front office..

We booked the Mill suite and loved it! Great size for family with kids. The staff were very nice and helpful. Location was pretty convenient. The only downside was that the room was not very sound proof. However our overall experience was very satisfactory!
