We recently stayed at QT Sydney for a belated wedding gift, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The rooms were absolutely amazing—stylish, spacious, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel special. We also loved the cocktail bar; the drinks were incredible, and the atmosphere was perfect. To top it off, the breakfast the next morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. This stay was one of the best we’ve had, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend QT Sydney for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!

Everything about this hotel was excellent—except for housekeeping. The location is fantastic, and the staff were kind and accommodating. However, the housekeeping service lacked consistency, as if there were no standard procedures in place. We stayed for nine nights, and from the first night, we noticed issues. Small towels were missing, and the bathtub was dirty. It wasn’t a big deal, so we didn’t complain. After the first housekeeping service, the bathtub still hadn’t been cleaned. To test if they would notice, I even left towels inside the tub, but they remained untouched. While they replaced our towels, they didn’t remove the dirty ones left in the bathtub. Throughout our stay, they never refilled the tea, not even once. To see if they were thorough, I left a small tissue on the carpet near my nightstand—it went unnoticed for the entire stay. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel may not meet your expectations. We didn’t complain because the staff were nice, but overall, the housekeeping was disappointing.

Absolutely incredible service!! Was blown away with how welcoming, helpful and kind the doormen and reception staff were. They knew what you needed before you even asked. They made our baby and dog feel like VIP welcome guests which was absolutely amazing. They delivered our food deliveries to us and brought us cutlery etc without us even asking. The bed was so comfortable and bathroom was beautiful. Love the arty interior of the hotel. We had the best stay! We have stayed at other high end places and the service and room space in this hotel was extremely impressive in comparison. Above all the service was immaculate - they made us feel so welcome and nothing was too hard for them to help with. Cannot praise the service enough. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

I recently stayed at QT Sydney and had an amazing experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, offering a fantastic ambiance. The bathrooms were also impressively large, and I loved the luxurious Kevin Murphy toiletries — a real treat! The staff were exceptional, especially the door attendants who went above and beyond by helping carry my bags across the street. My only minor complaint would be that the lighting in the room wasn’t quite ideal for my makeup application, but that’s a small issue in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Highly recommend QT Sydney for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay!

The QT is a fantastic place to land as an introduction to Sydney. The location is perfect and accessible to so much of what the city has to offer, particularly if it is a short visit. We loved the quirky charm of the decor and friendliness of the staff, which is exceptional. Excellent walkability and public transit options. Close to Hyde Park, Botanical Garden, Circle Quay/Harbor, and neighborhoods for eclectic shopping, restaurants and nightlife. However, there were a few glaringly bad misses: Lighting in our room was beyond terrible, probably the absolute worst of any hotel, not just a premium hotel, I have ever experienced. Cold, direct miniature spots from the ceiling punctuated with non working desk lamps and unflattering, blinding ball lights in the bathroom. We could never get it sorted. Despite the glaring spots, the overall affect was dark and it was easy to lose track of things in the room. Also, the bathroom design was terrible…looks cool when you walk in but if you use the shower the entire space becomes drenched all day. Not enough hooks or storage areas. No fan either so overall it was quite a mess to use. Tub was ok for me but too small for my partner to use.
