Lovely unique hotel in a historic building perfectly located in The Rocks. Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Our first 2 nights we were in a room that was very noisy. Maxine could not assist us enough. What a beautiful person. She ensured that we were promptly moved into a new room and provided with complimentary breakfast for the remainder of our stay. Hotel is close to everything history. Highly recommend a stay here. All staff were lovely

Heritage building, so it shows some marks of its age. Comfortable room with large bed. Air conditioning is good. Shower is very powerful and can be very hot if you want. Front bar, and downstairs bar/restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

one of my favourite hotels i’ve ever stayed at!! we went in 2023 and the rooms were so comfy, the location is perfect for getting anywhere in the city centre and the staff were so wonderful too! all round an absolutely amazing experience ❤️

Our room was on the second floor and being elderly it was a struggle to get our belongings up the stairs as there was no lift and no offer of assistance.Once in our room we found it dirty with the windows sealed off with Perspex so we couldn’t get some fresh air .Tiles cracked in the bathroom ,toilet roll hanging off the wall,stained carpet ,shelf over sink so you had big problems brushing your teeth,no pen and paper,jug in cupboard that you had to access on your knees. Overall a big let down. Close to every thing but won’t be going back
