Hotel is at walking distance from Domestic Terminal. Rooms are fine but missing free basic amenities like slippers, comb, dental kit etc. Reception staff is not helpful at all. They did not even bother to send luggage to the room. Breakfast is good with enough options to eat. Overall just satisfactory experience.

This was one of the rare hotels I have been in, where I slept very well. AC was great / quiet. Bed and pillows were great. Staff cleaning the room daily was perfect. That being said, here is the underbelly of this experience. They have no quick shop. If you need a bottle of water, a coke or some aspirin, you're gonna have to hoof it 10 min down the road. The restaurant staff was very nice, but the front desk staff were awkward, strange and very unfriendly. There is not one free item in this hotel. Not even a cup of coffee in the morning. Would not stay there again.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was it had concierge service. Which would have been helpful with us visiting from the United States There was no one there to TRUELY help us until our last day. Also, with being in a wheelchair the room was not big enough to move around freely😞 The hotel was Drury in color. On a better note , the food was good and service was as well

Room was fine. I had to go back down to reception twice before my key worked in the elevator or my room. I called the hotel at least 5 times in the days prior to my arrival and they never answered. No coffee on the day I had the breakfast buffet wick was mostly what I needed. Workers in the restaurant were not very helpful or kind.

We were so excited to know DJ Eddie Jackson was hosting an 80’s funk event @ The AV8 bar as have been following him for years.. His music was great and flawless as always and he never fails to entertain his audience. However to our dismay we did not anticipate a 5 star Hotel have no selection of alcoholic drinks of our choice like other 5 star hotels do, no cash payment on the bar was permitted which is illegal tender & it was so hot inside I could not feel the aircon as my make up started to feel watery so so embarrassing. This is not a 5 star hotel my local pub is better than the AV8 bar.
