The rooms are quite outdated and definitely need some attention. They would really benefit from an update. However, the service and staff were absolutely AMAZING! Especially Ayman, he was incredibly helpful with his assistance for a work event we hosted over the weekend. I would give Ayman a 10! The staff overall were all terrific.

Where do we start. So I have stayed at Rydges more than 15 times but was always at parramatta location. This time I choose to stay at Bankstown hotel. All my other stays at parramatta I have never paid more than $100 bond deposit.. Bankstown asked to deposit $300. No problem did that and paid $300 deposit. There was no cutlery in the room. There was no phone in the room to call reception if in need. So I have to use elevator 3 times if I needed any service in the room. Overall experience was alright until I have to ring back 2 days later to ask for my deposit as I hv still not received my $300 bond back. Guy named Amrit answer the call and mentioned there was a smoke smell in the room and they used all my $300 towards cleaning fee. What a load of bullshit !. I disagreed to what he has to say as I hv never smoked in my life. What a money making scam. Later he said we will initiate at deposit but will blacklist u from the hotel for future as if I give a shit about staying at this hotel again where there is no service, no phone in the room and blatant lies to scam money from customers. Still waiting for my deposit as promised and Rest assure I will escalate and report this to where it should be.

We came to this hotel for a couple of days with my family had the pleasure of meeting mohammed the security officer, he was very friendly and always meet our needs to ensure we were very well looked after. The receptionist was also very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and parking was both easy and free. The breakfast was delicious every morning, we had a fantastic and a beautiful amazing and we will be definitely plan to be back.
