Great value of Money. Great staff thanks Betty for your professionalism and friendly manners. I wish they upgrade the breakfast , there was not much options Beds were very comfy and the room good overall Carpet and bathrooms needs upgrade.but overall it was really good

Great Hotel, pool great after walk from airport. Shopping centre nearby for all food and other stuff you need. Great big windows to look out over park and watch the weather roll in... The $8 Salad is fantastic (Doctros Orders)

Stayed at the Rydges Hotel in Bankstown for a few nights during the New year period. My favourite staff is security Mohammed. He is such a friendly and helpful person. My room was a bit dark and he promptly gave me another lamp stand. Mohammed along with the Receptionist Alex are both very kind and easygoing people with great customer service skills. Thank you guys for your hospitality. I wish both of you a great 2025. Tsom

Review of Rydges Hotel Bankstown, Sydney I recently stayed at the Rydges Hotel in Bankstown, Sydney, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the condition of the room was disappointing. The room itself was not clean, with dust present in many areas, giving it a neglected and outdated feel. The bathroom was particularly concerning, as it had a broken toilet pipe that caused inconvenience. Overall, the room felt more in line with a budget hotel rather than a 4-star accommodation. The staff were the highlight of the stay, making an effort to be accommodating and helpful. However, the state of the rooms made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. This hotel could benefit from some thorough cleaning and maintenance to match the service level provided by the staff. Would not consider it a 4-star stay based on the room quality.
