We came to this hotel for a couple of days with my family had the pleasure of meeting mohammed the security officer, he was very friendly and always meet our needs to ensure we were very well looked after. The receptionist was also very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and parking was both easy and free. The breakfast was delicious every morning, we had a fantastic and a beautiful amazing and we will be definitely plan to be back.

This hotel is in the best location in the west. The room is great for a basic stay, the bathrooms needs a make over. Very outdated bathroom facilities. Our highlight of our stay is the security guard in the evenings, Mohammed. He is an absolute gentleman, very helpful and well mannered. Always smiling no matter what time of day.

From the moment I arrived, Moe went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, welcomed, and well looked after. He carries himself with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine sense of care for guests. Moe is highly attentive, approachable, and handles every situation calmly and respectfully, which instantly puts you at ease. His presence alone makes you feel secure, and his helpful attitude shows that he truly takes pride in his role. In today’s world, great customer service combined with genuine hospitality is rare, and Moe delivers both effortlessly. He doesn’t just do his job—he makes a lasting impression. We had a truly wonderful two-night stay at this hotel during a very cold winter. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary hot drink at the entrance by a security staff member named Muhammad. He spoke Arabic, Bengali, and English fluently, and his friendly and sociable manner made a great first impression. He was also very responsive and culturally aware when we needed assistance with our room. The reception team was also welcoming and helpful. When we requested a room with a view of the swimming pool, they met our needs immediately. The room was clean, the amenities were great, and parking was both easy and free. A great things also to mention is the swimming pool, which lights up with beautiful, colourful lights at night, which appealed to the kids. We had a fantastic experience overall and definitely plan to come back
