Mo the security guy was the best thing about my hotel stay. Had a MASSIVE group of young people stay, and Mo the security went above and beyond to ensure we were well and safe. Hospitality was amazing, Mo goes above and beyond to ensure we felt the best. The guy truly deserves a raise lol. Wonderful place. Shoutout to Brooke the Manager as well. She is AMAZING! Very lovely to the group we stayed with.

As soon as I went into my room, there was a smell about it. I told him about the smell and they wanted to move me to a A lesser Room . That was their response. The balcony door would not close would not lock when told about the issue with the lock, they told me they would send the handyman out to fix it whether a handyman or handyman was brought out or not, I was not told about it. If I had the proper tools I would’ve been able to fix it. It says that it’s a non-smoking room and I understand hence that’s why we got a balcony. We insured that all the butts that we had we put into a cup so that there would be no mess around This morning they refused to give me the bond for someone that was relying on it. This is absolutely appalling and disgusting how they treat the customers. I don’t recommend this place to anyone as they were rude arrogant and non-communicative. It’s a 1980s Hotel, trying to live up to the ‘00s I’m absolutely embarrassed , disgusted in the Service in the treatment when we insured that we didn’t smoke in there for them to take them the money that we’ve had coming here for the first time will definitely be the last time. This is 0 out of 100 have I mentioned the spa yet how dirty that was I had to clean myself to get in there. The filters were disgusting. Don’t ever have a spa here guys you probably catch something . All in all they give you a little piece of paper that says this is non-strictly a non-smoking hotel for the comfort of the future. Guess there is a $300 $300 cleaning fee to remove any odour from the Room . Send that to Collect to remove odour from the Room I was in the balcony and my partner was in the balcony who smoked the balcony. We contained our cigarette butts, but people from above and down below can smoke all over the places. Okay, this is their way of making some money by taking our bonds, very disappointed in this place. Very disappointed I need response from the owner ASAP

Heyyyy! Just had the most amazing stay at this hotel with my friends! The service was absolutely beautiful. The house cleaner did an incredible job keeping our rooms spotless, and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Shoutout to Muhammad, the security guard, who made us feel so welcome and safe. Highly recommend this place for their top-notch service and wonderful staff! Can't wait to come back! 🌟😊

Excellent customer service. Made my friends and I feel overly comfortable and always went above and beyond. A special shout out to Mo for the amazing security and making us feel comfortable after coming home from Taylor Swift. This place has been amazing and I highly recommend.

A beautiful vibe. Really good location. Really Comfortable beds. A big shout out to Moe the security guy. We came back at 12:30am and needed a pick me up. He makes the BEST hot chocolate ever!!! This is a must stay. Take the time to pop in even if it’s for a drink!
