The hotel manager on duty was incredibly kind, approachable, and welcoming. The security personnel also showed remarkable kindness, making us feel safe and valued. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely at home. The staff's warmth and hospitality made our late-night check-in a seamless and enjoyable experience. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding service! I highly recommend Rydges Bankstown to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay.
I woke up at 5:00 a.m. in the morning and do not want to disturb my uncle and entered in a lift which doesn't go through the ground floor at night. I ended up by fire emergency stairs into the backup the kitchen area and locked myself out in the cold. Called the reception and security officer Mr Mohammed receive the phone and I ask him that I stuck in the back and the kitchen area and I need to someone come and rescue me from there I couldn't come out because everything is locked and within 60 seconds security came and rescue me from the kitchen area and I want to say big thank you for his Mohammeds quick and timely help.
The day manager is very rude and disrespectful. Asked to talk and sat me down. I sat down and heard him out. When he was finished he got up and tried walking me out. I said can i speak, trying to explain to him that we had already spoke to the night manager and security guard who were amazing explaining the our child has autism. I said very rude you speak and not let me explain and he didnt care. All taps and showers drip and dont turn off. Fold away bed frame broken and sticks out on the couch even when not as a bed. He said next time were in town, take our autistic child somewhere else..... do not recommend this place... cards always stop working. They blame the "old system"
Mohammed the security guard, best guy I’ve ever spoken to. Always give the best and friendly service, very fun to chat with and will always give you good advice if you have questions. Hotel is a 10/10! Will be coming back.. Security here is perfect and I have 0 complaints.
Our family and group stay this hotel for 3 nights staff was great and good location we have great stay here specially service by security Mo was absolutely amazing we will never forget he's service and friendliness he done fantastic job thank you we will back here again.
