The finest hotel I ever know that have neat and tidy clean room.The customer service are great, friendly and polite staff. The price is reasonable with buffet breakfast. The location is just ok, you need around the block to get back to the hotel. Thank you guys, you are amazing
At first, I thought it was just a small, clean, old hotel, but I felt great after meeting Natasha. She was kind and helpful to my son and me. Her help gave us better memories of Australia and hotels.
Booked at last second, Friendly and helpful Staff, Clean room and comfy bed, great customer service with every person I met during my stay Even the security guy Mohammad was so helpful, always greeting guests with a nice big Smile! Keep it up guys!
Had the best stay at Rydges. They went above and beyond for 70 odd of us. Getting breakfast ready early doing hockey washing. All the staff were amazing, Muhammad keeping the all guest safely is his main priority. We will be coming back and can’t recommend Rydges Bankstown enough.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was on a busy road, it was a bit annoying hearing loud road traffic all night. Rooms were okay for the price, but could definitely do with an upgrade. Paint, new curtains which are worn and old. Carpet needs replacing. Window in my room wouldn’t close fully thus more road noise from outside. Beds were comfy and meals nice in the restaurant were enjoyable. Thanks to Betty & Tash for the wonderful Latte’s and friendly service. Overall okay for a short stay.
