Great value of Money. Great staff thanks Betty for your professionalism and friendly manners. I wish they upgrade the breakfast , there was not much options Beds were very comfy and the room good overall Carpet and bathrooms needs upgrade.but overall it was really good
Most pathetic service ever Was a 3day work trip After work at 9 pm you expect team to be available if there is an issue No ax in my room, no TV Receptionist couldn’t get service assistance, on her own so was helpless. How pathetic!!!! Will not recommend to anyone Plus really old dark rooms , not even worth rating 😡😡😡😡😡 Had the fire alarm going No communication from the staff on loud speaker or personally. People running everywhere, trying to get outside , no communication ang 2 fire trucks roll up.Cannot believe it 😱😱😱 Room card will not work once you leave. Had to get it fixed each time I left the room AC not working at all 😡Moved 2 rooms and both had Ac problem. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK😟😟😟😟 Nothing can be as bad as this, I stay in alot of places from my work, even in remote areas, never been so dissatisfied in any hotels or motels

Review of Rydges Hotel Bankstown, Sydney I recently stayed at the Rydges Hotel in Bankstown, Sydney, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The room itself was not clean, with dust present in many areas, giving it a neglected and outdated feel. The bathroom was particularly concerning, as it had a broken toilet pipe that caused inconvenience. Overall, the room felt more in line with a budget hotel rather than a 4-star accommodation. The staff were the highlight of the stay, making an effort to be accommodating and helpful. However, the state of the rooms made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. This hotel could benefit from some thorough cleaning and maintenance to match the service level provided by the staff. Would not consider it a 4-star stay based on the room quality.
