Perfection in every way - the room was large, comfortable & beautiful, the services & decor incredible & the staff were great! Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. We were very impressed by every small detail, from the staff greeting us at the door, to the lush room, & the excellent amenities. The hotel is in a great location too, within walking distance to most things in the city. Thank you Paradox!

I stayed at Paradox Sydney whilst visiting back home for a celebration, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional - every team member was professional, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests felt valued and cared for. The amenities were fantastic, offering everything you’d expect from a five-star hotel and more. I stayed on the Business Class level, and the offering there was superb. From the exclusive lounge access and elevated dining options to the seamless check-in process and personalised touches throughout my stay. My room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Overall, the Paradox delivered a true five-star experience - something that I have found can be surprisingly hard to find in Sydney. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a premium, memorable stay in the heart of the city.

Room was beautiful and clean, bed and pillows were great and the shower was brilliant! Room.service food was delicious and the coffee was just excellent!! The service was second to none, they all made everything so easy and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Add to this the amazing location, I would stay here again and again and recommend it to everyone looking to stay in Sydney. It really made or trip great.

Amazing Hotel. Perfect. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite, room 15 on floor 12. The suite was beautiful and spacious, like a small 1 bedroom apartment. The Hotel is perfectly located with circular quay just a 5 minute walk away with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and everything you could need or want in easy access. The hotels pool, spa and sauna are luxury and the hotel service is A+. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

This hotel is wonderful. Went with a toddler and they gave him toys and chocolate at check in. They have fresh fruit, nice water that doesn't taste like chlorine and they have tons of recommendations and great coffee. The swimming pool is heated which is brilliant. The staff are helpful and carried the stroller up and down the stairs for me. Love it here.
