Fabulous Hotel in a great location. We walked everywhere. No need for a car. Concierge were quick to grab bags and arrange delivery to our rooms. Check in staff were very helpful. Cleaning staff on the floor were polite and ensured our rooms were stocked and cleaned daily. Block out curtains are the best I have seen and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

We stayed here beginning of March for our holiday From here we were able to explore Sydney. We were allowed an early check-in and could drop off our luggage. The rooms were big and clean. Bed was good, even for a long person. It is in CBD and you can easily walk to the highlights like the Opera House or the Botanic Garden. Circular Quay is also close by. For breakfast we simply bought coffee on the go and a sandwich at a store nearby.

Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful stay. Within walking distance to pretty much everything, service was top notch across the board. Beautiful food at the Lady Fairfax in a calm, comfortable low light environment. The room was huge and expansive with a well stocked minibar, a hairdryer, iron, and everything you need in the bathroom except for toothpaste and toothbrush. No bin bags so I bought my own. Rooms are quiet, you can't hear anyone else. The only downer is no dinner room service. Only a late night snack service from 11pm. The in room continental breakfast was average and no milk was supplied. I would stay here again and cater my own in room brekky.

Beautiful hotel located in the perfect area right in the downtown of the city. The room was clean and spacious. The service outstanding and exceptional front checking in to checking out. They help with directions, recommendations and any questions you may have. They have a beautiful buffet breakfast and if you are on the club floor you can have your breakfast upstairs. You can also have drinks and snacks in the afternoons. They have a great restaurant in the lobby and at the bar area. They have a valet with someone who parks your car but it is pricy.

Excellent hotel in good location. Stayed for 3 nights breakfast on the last day was spoilt by under staffing. 20 minute wait for coffee,food not being replenished. Told reception staff on departure and had an apologetic response from the manager.would stay again if we were to return.
