I checked in alone and booked a king bed room type. The counter gave me a twin bed... The souvenirs inside were also wrong. They sent a person to retrieve them and told me that there was no way to change the room type and there was no apology. There is a huge gap between this and the friendly service mentioned in the message. I like the hotel, but I don't like the way they handled it. I have to say that the location of this hotel is very good. Well, the equipment is also very new. I hope that others in the future will not encounter the same problem.

Once again Another exceptional stay At the Radisson Blue Sydney, The staff, as always, was super attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you for the perfect poached eggs. A very nice hotel with spacious rooms in the perfect location... But what sets it apart is the incredible staff they have here. Thank you. I look forward to my next stay with you next month!

Right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to circular key and public transport. The rooms were bigger than average and very clean. Service was great, everyone super lovely and helpful. We were a bit confused about how to utilise the valet parking as there is nowhere specific to stop outside the entrance and the halls are a little maze like. The building is historic and we really enjoyed our short stay.

Well situated hotel in the heart of the city. 5 min walk to the opera house and other attractions on the water. Lots of construction going on nearby but overall our room was still very quiet. Good air conditioning as well. The staff was great and the breakfast buffet, while pricey, had some very good options. Overall I’d recommend this place as it wasn’t too expensive but was a great value.

Not great. The room looks actually better than I expected. But that’s about it. The TV is that old grainy screen you would find at a motel. The sound insulation is really bad, which was made even worse by the construction sounds next door. The interior of the whole hotel (common areas) looks dull and dated. Breakfast was horrid with little choices. There was no turn down service too. The price is cheaper compared to other 5 star hotels in the neighborhood. But really if you want a real 5 star experience, skip this one.
