I must say, we were treated with pure luxury! The staff greeted us with beautiful smile on their faces. Everyone is just nice and helpful. The room is very clean, beds and pillows are comfy and water pressure is great. Location is also perfect, close to everything. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Sydney.

Radisson Sydney rooms are looking tired. Our room at least needs a refreshed. If refreshed is not in the cards then at least a deep clean. Bathroom tiles, sofa, carpet, mirrors, and surfaces need a thorough clean and a scrub. Location wise - can’t complain. Close to everything including public transport - trains, buses, light rail and ferry. Service wise - can’t complain. Everyone downstairs in reception and fairfax restaurant/cafe - was attentive, polite and helpful. They greet you with a smile.

I checked in alone and booked a king bed room type. The counter gave me a twin bed... The souvenirs inside were also wrong. They sent a person to retrieve them and told me that there was no way to change the room type and there was no apology. There is a huge gap between this and the friendly service mentioned in the message. I like the hotel, but I don't like the way they handled it. I have to say that the location of this hotel is very good. Well, the equipment is also very new. I hope that others in the future will not encounter the same problem.

We had access to the Business Lounge which was so great and we really appreciated the room ready when we arrived a little early as we did the late check out. Bed was very comfy and the extra touches of the pillow mist & chocolates nightly were special. There’s no view (we didn’t need one) and unfortunately my room key didn’t work the whole time we were there (thank goodness hubby & I were together the whole time) and it took 3 kettles until we got one that worked. Positioning is great too to access trains at Wynyard or Circular Quay and shopping. We’d definitely stay again.

A Luxurious Escape worth every Star. Our stay was wonderful from the moment we walked up that red carpet into the hotel, we were greeted concierge the gentleman in the top hat was so nice. All the staff at the hotel were attentive and made us feel so welcome. Our room on the top floor was spacious clean we loved the marble bathroom. On the table was a hand written note and a bottle of champagne for my husband’s Birthday this was a very nice touch. The bed was perfect as was the tasteful decor. The Radison Blu is in the ideal location to visit the famous Sydney landmarks close by from our room we could just see in the not too far distance a peek of Sydney harbour bridge. That was lovely. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast in the Lady Fairfax room. During our 2 night stay we also made use of the heated pool, hot tub and steam room. A spa wellness looked inviting if we had more time. There is a bar also on the ground floor the low blue lightning complimented the decor loved the arched windows . The restaurant The Bentley we didn’t sufficient time to dine on this occasion. There is also a gym for guests. We were so happy with our choice of hotel and felt so rejuvenated it was perfect for us. I have already booked a return visit this time for 4 nights for our wedding anniversary my husband is going to be very happy with my choice.
