The front desk was a remarkable to represent quality of 5 Stars hotel. Friendly smile and greeting when they performed check-in. The location is also great. About 15 minutes walks to Sydney Opera , Sydney bridge and Martin Place. The room is little outdated, but the size is comfortable and clean.

I must say, we were treated with pure luxury! The staff greeted us with beautiful smile on their faces. Everyone is just nice and helpful. The room is very clean, beds and pillows are comfy and water pressure is great. Location is also perfect,close to everything. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Sydney.

Wonderful hotel with what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The buildings character is delightful and the modern interior is luxurious, with a lovely nod to the past. The location is central and very close to everything. We stayed from the 27th to 29th of December and it was busy but the service was excellent and swift. The room we stayed in was large and we had ample room! We ordered room service quite late but it was promptly delivered and tasted fabulous. Overall it was a fabulous stay and we will be back when we visit Sydney again!

A Luxurious Escape worth every Star. Our stay was wonderful from the moment we walked up that red carpet into the hotel, we were greeted concierge the gentleman in the top hat was so nice. All the staff at the hotel were attentive and made us feel so welcome. Our room on the top floor was spacious clean we loved the marble bathroom. On the table was a hand written note and a bottle of champagne for my husband’s Birthday this was a very nice touch. The bed was perfect as was the tasteful decor. The Radison Blu is in the ideal location to visit the famous Sydney landmarks close by from our room we could just see in the not too far distance a peek of Sydney harbour bridge. That was lovely. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast in the Lady Fairfax room. During our 2 night stay we also made use of the heated pool, hot tub and steam room. A spa wellness looked inviting if we had more time. There is a bar also on the ground floor the low blue lightning complimented the decor loved the arched windows . The restaurant The Bentley we didn’t sufficient time to dine on this occasion. There is also a gym for guests. We were so happy with our choice of hotel and felt so rejuvenated it was perfect for us. I have already booked a return visit this time for 4 nights for our wedding anniversary my husband is going to be very happy with my choice.

Attended a wedding reception here in the lower ball room. Nice place. Food was average. Oysters for entree was the star of the 3 coarse. Mains were dry (fish & lamb) and barely any sauce for the lamb. Dessert was decent. Was hoping the quality of reception food was as good as Bentley considering they're in the same building.
