Great location. Rooms are very small, but equipped with most things you'd need including a standard mini bar. A gym/pool/spa would be really nice. You can use a gym off-site which is about a 5 minute walk. But honestly, just walking the city and harbour is good exercise too.

Incredible location, close to multiple parking stations and every public transport option imaginable. The lobby is gorgeous but unfortunately that doesn’t quite extent to the rooms. Though well appointed and maintained, they are older / dated. I found the hotel to be quiet, bed comfy and overall a decent stay. However, for the price I’m sure you can find better / more luxurious options for the same or not much more.

Stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise. Location was easy to find and only a block from a light rail station if it is dark and raining like it was for us. Check in is easy as I did it all myself. eCheck in prior to arrival, then use a machine to get your keys. This is why I only gave 4 star for service as although there were two staff at the reception desk there was no welcome or offer of help. Our server in the bar was lovely and helpful though. Our package included a Salumi plate, carafe of wine and breakfast was great value. Food was good. Rooms are quite small but highly functional and super clean. Bed was super comfy and we had a great sleep, and an easy walk to the overseas container terminal. Would definitely stay in future, not a luxury hotel but super pleasant and cosy and at this stage reasonably priced.

Quite nice hotel in downtown. Clean, comfortable and friendly. The eggs for breakfast were perfect as well.

Strategic Location. Clean. No bottle of water is provided. Outdated rooms. The hotel needs a renovation. The bed size is not queen. No stable supply of hot water in shower. In Room dinning didn't come after an hour ! An hour that I could have slept. None to talk to at nighT Call Zero and none to answer The irony it is owned by company that is listed in ASX. 4 stars?! Maybe divided or by two. In addition, I don't drink alcohol so I took the alcohol to the reception in a Rebel Bag (Black and yellow). Once I checked out, I discovered that they have charged me for the alcohol! They promised a refund upon investigation. Money was refunded to be fair. It is first and last time I come to this place. The lifts are broken in our building and needed time to be fixed so I booked in this place for the location next to my work and my wife who has back pain. Out of curiosity I tried this place. This hotel is an example of why rating systems and hospitality standards should be revisited in Australia. Rest in peace hospitality.
