Safe clean location. The restaurant and bar were closed (except breakfast which was good) the rooms are snug, not really enough space to open a suitcase on the suitcase stand (definitely can't open it and the bedroom door!) We were a little warm, ut not uncomfortable. Location is business district so quiet on the weekend but very walkable to The Rock ferry and most other things. The tablet check in was a mess and the desk isn't a concierge at all, it took quite a while to get assistance with the tablet being wonky. Otherwise a fine multi day visit. If there was assistance finding food or a dinner option I'd be happy to up the stars. Most the restaurant suggestions needed reservations.
Awesome location if you're trying to hit a lot of the normal tourist destinations. Very easy walk to Circular Quay, the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. The staff was very friendly and helpful in holding our luggage since we arrived well before check-in time. Rooms are a bit on the smaller size, but not bad at all. The shelves next to the bed were really nice to have... something you don't always get in a hotel. Lots of counter space in the bathroom as well.
Rooms were small, but very clean. The location was great for going to the pier, the opera house and shopping downtown. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to! My only comment was overpriced for New Years.......but that is everywhere and that is greed. But I would stay there again if I went back to Sydney. The bottle of champagne dropped off at our room for New Yeats was a nice touch.
Good: Location. Cleanliness. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. Neutral: Queen Atrium room, I would only recommend for 1 person for max 2-3 nights. There’s no exterior window and the room is small - feels like a cruise ship interior room.
Was going to leave a glowing review. But I seen a charge for a water . Considering we left beers in fridge. Rooms are small . Staff are nice ,but we were still interested why there was no coffee cups after 2 days (we stayed 4 nights) only paper ones at breakfast. Rooms not made up till late in day . And no response to questions on Parking or request of something special for our anniversary that I could have in room.. Rooms are small with no place to put suitcases once unpacked . Perhaps I'll send invoice for beers left ?
