Incredible experience going there for the first time. The service was fantastic, the room looked even better than in the pictures and all of the facilities worked great. The room was tidy, clean and sanitary too. We loved the continental breakfast package because of the variety of hot and cold foods offered. The staff make it top quality 👍🏼 would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Very cozy hotel in a convenient location in Sydney. I really enjoyed our room. It was very quiet and the bed was so comfortable! The staff was so very helpful in recommending areas of Sydney for us to explore. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby. Very close to the harbor and within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay! Very romantic!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Friendly staff, rooms are nice, clean, average breakfast, daily cleaning service and good location. Everything you need, adequate sound proofing between rooms, but you can hear the freeway from level 6. The bathroom door is a slider, providing no privacy, fine of you're alone, but for me, deal breaker.

Myself and my partner stayed here for the first time recently, absolutely love this hotel. The interior design is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful, room was perfect and the buffet breakfast was delicious! We will be back most definitely.

Everything about our time here at the West Hotel was wonderful. Service from the front desk to the restaurant was out of this world, everybody was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy everyday, and the lunch service was great too! Being right next to Darling Harbor was also a plus!
