Located in the heart of Sydney, the hotel offers excellent access to everywhere. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, and the front desk staff are all friendly and helpful with various requests. I also stayed in a suite, which featured a spacious bathtub and a separate living room, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. A standout experience was the breakfast service, particularly thanks to Stefan. He treated us as if we were old friends, making it a pleasure to see him every morning. I was so amazed at the beautiful hotel and welcome i received upon arrival. I have never slept so well in such a quiet inner city hotel. Loved everything. The atrium really makes breakfast a lovely start to the day. I really appreciated the concierge calling the most luxurious taxi to take me to the airport. An amazing stay will always come back to your hotel and recommend to my fellow co-workers as well. Congratulations on an incredible range of staff at the front desk and all those that maintain the hotel rooms. Was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel is in the CBD and close to wharf with numerous restaurants and pubs. Nearby is Chinatown, museum and zoo. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They accepted checked baggage at 9 and had our room ready quickly and delivered our bags to the room. Breakfast is nice. Gym has newer equipment and is clean. Umbrella, iron and robes in the room. Safe is in a bit of an awkward spot. TV onscreen guide doesn't match programming. Very nice place to stay.

Great location, they let us check in earlier, Nick ( front desk) was very accommodating and let us to choose our preferable room. Lucy from breakfast always had a big smile and very welcoming. House keeping need to improve on room check list and details. Always after room service, towels was never organised or missing, no replacement of water or bathroom essentials. I had a great stay. 😊

The location is amazing for the purposes of my stay (to do fun family things in the city). The rooms are beautiful and the kids love the pool. In room dining is average and front of house service very hit and miss.
