Great location for our 18th anniversary. Dulce from reception greeted us and provided us with an upgrade to the river view. Later on, we got an amazing letter with Shiraz wine and dessert. Highly recommended for the comfy and spacious room

Lovely place to stay, everything is in pristine condition. Great location, nice and close to the river so you can go for a short stroll to a restaurant of your choosing and enjoy the scenery. All staff were friendly and happy to help with whatever they needed to. Would love to stay again in the future. The ONLY thing I could comment that needs improvement is the lighting. I would have preferred an option to make them brighter as I struggled to put my make up on in the bathroom 🥲

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The property is in dire need of a renovation – the rooms and common areas feel outdated and worn. I booked the room with breakfast included (AUD 370), only to find out upon check-in that breakfast started at 6:30 AM, which is half an hour later than most business hotels!!! This timing meant I had to miss the breakfast altogether, which was a huge letdown. On a positive note, they offered water in glass bottles that’s been filled in house, which I appreciated. However, overall, the experience did not justify the price, and I would not recommend it unless the hotel undergoes significant improvements!

Not a 5 star hotel. The service desk was rude when I was making a routine inquiry. They insisted on applying charges to my credit card without first giving me an invoice, just because my stay was over 7 days. Not a big deal, but the staff refused to consider a simpler option of waiting until I checked out the next day. They should have at least confirmed the charges with me beforehand.

We shouted ourselves to this luxury…….and this place was amazing - the building is very beautiful so everything is a bonus - we also included breakfasts and I have to say it is one of the best buffets I have ever seen. The only place NOT staying is the dust, dirt and grime - everything is remarkably clean - the pool and spa is great and there is water and towels to make your stay great. Finally the staff are happy, they will help you with anything, they go above and beyond with customer service - shout out to Sharni who should be given employee of the year - every time we saw her she asked us how our Brisbane activities were, our plans and had great suggestions. Honestly I could go on and on with praises for this place - I highly recommend everyone and everything here
