While the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was fantastic, our experience with the room was disappointing. The bed was far below our expectations, which significantly impacted our overall comfort during the stay. Will choose a different hotel next time.

The hotel presents itself as a 5 star hotel but we would hardly rate it as a 4 star. We arrived at 1 AM and nobody came to help us with 4 rather big suitcases and other stuff even though they saw me and my husband each carrying sleeping kid. Check-in took very long as it was managed by a trainee supervised by a manager,which was quite inapropriate given our situation. We stayed for two nights without cleaning of the room.Rooms were rather old and weary.First morning (after arriving at 1 AM) we arrived 4 minutes late after end of breakfast (for which we paid) and even though the buffet was still there we were refused to take anything. Moreover, the breakfast was very poor as well as coffee.

Excellent stay on this hotel. Staff service is exceptional making us feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Ultra clean rooms and bathroom. The bar has very good selection of drinks and excellent wine list. The valet parking team deserve an honourable mention for their service and welcoming culture. Perfect location near the riverside restaurants and bars.

Can I just start by saying we will be back. Amazing hotel with amazing staff and terrific rooms.Ours looked over the story bridge. We even had a surprise cake and complimentary champagne with a lovely young lady that sang happy birthday to my beautiful wife of over 20 years marriage❤️. Only issue really was when going to bed late after a lovely night on the town was that the cleaning staff completely forgot to fit “flat sheets” ( the sheet that goes over you between you and the quilt) on our bed and also our sons bed. Really unacceptable when staying at a hotel of this quality. Beds could be a little softer but the lack of flat sheet made for a unsatisfying lack of detail. I mentioned this the next day and the nice lady from reception really had no idea how such a thing could occur. Agreed. The pool was nice and so were the amenities. Great location, we will return.

Best hotel in Brisbane, great team in the reception special Kristina, very helpful and empathetic. It’s my second time here and they keep the good service and the rooms are fantastic. If I come back to Brisbane for sure I’d choose it again and again.
