Soundproof rooms so you can't hear the train, traffic or other rooms. The buffet breakfast is so good. Wide selection of high quality cooked, traditional and fresh fruits etc but it's the friendly and helpful staff that make the place as awesome as it is. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

Recently stayed at this hotel for a business function and while I can rate the friendliness of the staff and quality of the food; the attention to detail is really lacking. Check-in went smoothly, but on opening the door to my room I was greeted by a strong sewage smell. I called reception and was advised that someone would come to me with keys for another room. Maintenance arrived before the keys and I ended up going down to collect the new room keys myself, as we were nearing 15 minutes wait time at that point. I was given a new room and thought that'd be the last of my issues. I travel quite a bit and know that issues like these are usually resolved quickly without problems. Unfortunately there were just numerous issues I experienced while I was there... poor cleaning - urine on outside of toilet bowl/stained linen/stains on carpet & furniture; multiple issues with the electronic keys that required 3 visits to reception over my visit; billing issues; staff who seemed inexperienced and often couldn't assist; very expensive meals/drink... the list goes on. I wanted to provide some constructive feedback directly to Novatel (Accor), but they don't make it easy via their website. This hotel has great potential, but seems to be poorly managed and far from a 4 star experience at this point in time. Some extra staff would probably help. I'd recommend giving it a miss in the short-term and staying at the Pullman or Ibis down the road instead. They're much closer to the terminals and offer a far better experience.

Arrived on a very hot day. The room was so hot and stuffy and took quite a long time to cool with no openingwindows - would have been nice to have the room air con working on arrival. We dined in the restaurant which was a much better experience. Staff professional and attentive. Food was great!

It's a nice clean and tidy room right across from DFO. But it's the staff here that just blew me away. So helpful and welcoming. 10 out of 10 for customer care! Organised a taxi to the airport for us with great advice.

Lovely professional service by friendly staff. Always greeted with a smile. Nothing is a problem for there assistance. They went above for us. Can not recommend this hotel enough. Keep up the great work.
