We had the pleasure of staying here for 1 night during cyclone Alfred and which it sucked in so many way being in "lockdown " this hotel wasn't a bad place to be stuck in. The highlight was the exceptional bathroom. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel that had such an immaculately clean bathroom They also had bath sheets and regular sized towels so this chunky gal felt all posh lol The staff are super nice and very helpful. Beds are super comfy which makes for a nice change and yeah, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Sigh NO WHERE near the airport. NO free shuttle, it’s $8 per person and regulated times in a.m. “Free shuttle” is by the Woolworths but stops running 530 pm (???? Uh why ??—to hotel’s defence this shuttle isn’t theirs they stopped theirs post covid as no ridership to justify the cost) Taxi is near $25 or walk 48 minutes so you get idea how far away it is. Rooms very bright as in clinically lit and basic, mattress needs upgrade very soft and not supportive. Fortunately staff very friendly. Food at restaurant just passable. Not bad but def not anything I would go out of my way for. Maybe my expectations high but I travel throughout the world frequently and this location could use some ‘help’. Again, thankfully staff was very friendly.

Close to the airport with a regular shuttle to both terminals. Service and standards aren’t up to the usual Novotel l am use to and regularly had to go back to validate car parking, redo room key or get service in the dining room. Huge turnover so expect my extended stay for business is unusual. Rooms are clean and has a pool so recommended if flying international early…

The rooms at Novotel Brisbane Airport are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. However, the dining experience was disappointing, as the food quality and taste did not meet expectations. Given the hotel's standard, I had hoped for a more enjoyable meal, but unfortunately, it fell short.

Close to airport. Hotel shuttle available for $8. Clean room Comfy bed Good shower Quite noisy. The design funnels check in area noise to the upstairs areas and I could hear people talking nearby. But overall it was quiet enough with very little traffic noise. Supermarket within walking distance. Shuttle driver was wonderful.
