The location of the hotel is ideal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. As I was using a walker during my stay the concierge would always help me in exiting my car and help in making sure that I was safe. If you wanted to travel to the main area of the Gold Coast you were within walking distance of the light rail. I had a balcony looking toward the hills and it was great to sit outside just to have a coffee and snacks while enjoying the view. The restaurant food was fresh. The room was very spacious

great stay that was off to a good start when checked in by the manager. Lovely room. Our only complaint was the plug in the spa did not work so we were unable to enjoy the benefit of the spa bath. Service at the breakfast restaurant was also slow but they were very busy with a conference. Otherwise, it was a really enjoyable stay.

Even though I was only there for one night, the staff went above and beyond for me. The room was fantastic, the view was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was attending a conference at the Hotel and the conference facilities were great and the food throughout the 2 days was exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay.

Our stay at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming, setting the tone for a perfect getaway. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with stunning views of the ocean and city skyline. The plush Sofitel bed ensured the most comfortable sleep, and the little touches of luxury throughout the room made us feel really pampered. The location in Broadbeach is outstanding – just a short walk to the beach, the G:link tram, shopping, and plenty of great restaurants. The pool areas were fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight with its wide variety of fresh and delicious options. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the commitment to making our stay memorable. Every staff member went above and beyond, and it really showed. Whether you’re visiting for a holiday, a romantic escape, or even a business trip, Sofitel Gold Coast delivers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. We’ll definitely be back!

Very impressed with our stay at Sofitel Broadbeach Gold Coast. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking was easy to access. Breakfast was plentiful Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
