Our stay was really good. Room 209 amazing for young kids, with no immediate balcony was great. Pool area Is really relaxing. Breakfast had everything you needed and more. Shout out to Nola who was super efficient and very kind to the young children, in the restaurant. Reception staff were all super accomadating. Really short walk to Cavill Ave and even shorter to the beach.

My main reason for staying was to celebrate early my Son's 21st birthday and we were over the moon to see a bottle of fizz left for us to celebrate this. It was much appreciated. The location is excellent and our suite was brilliant, fantastic view and very clean. The pool was great and the buffet breakfast had lots of choices.

Good location close to the trams and very nice restaurants. Room was disappointing very dated and the room I had chosen via their Website did not match the photo and had an interconnecting door ! The room had a weird smell too. Smelt like a Veterinary clinic...đ We could hear the person in the next room opening a can of drink. This was disappointing for the price you pay đ these doors need to be better insulated. I mentioned my concern to front desk and Jordan was very helpful and organised another room for us for our next night's stay with a small additional fee. This room was nice but still dated and still with a interconnecting door ! Luckily the bed was on the other side of the room so no noise issue. This room matched the photo of the room I had booked with the exception of a spa bath. The bedding was different too which I thought was odd. I've never encountered different bedding before no matter what room I've chosen the bedding is always the same. Beds were comfortable and good pillows. No bathroom amenities toothbrush, comb shower cap etc. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash and body cream is supplied and smells very nice. Breakfast was ok, good variety but no "egg station" so couldn't have eggs your way. No chef standing by to take orders. Something else I've never experienced before at a high end establishment. Fine for me but not everyone wants scrambled eggs ! Pool area is lovely and relaxing. Lobby is inviting and smells nice. Would I stay at Legends again, not likely but would try the others under the Mantra umbrella on my next stay on the Gold Coast. Big thank you to Jordan 10/10 on service and to Sara as well.

â 1 Star â Not suitable for families (ventilation + safety concerns) We stayed at Mantra Legends (Surfers Paradise) for 7 days as a family with small kids, and the room setup made us very uncomfortable. 1) Cooktop provided but no proper ventilation The room has a cooktop, but there is no rangehood/chimney/exhaust. We were told the cooktop is mainly for âlight useâ because if smoke triggers the alarm, emergency services may attend. That means you canât properly cook normal meals, which is a big issue when you book a room expecting basic cooking facilitiesâespecially with children. 2) Windows could not be opened (no fresh air) The biggest problem: the window couldnât be opened. We were told itâs locked for âsecurity reasonsâ and that they need an engineer to check how it can be opened. With no fresh air, the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable, and for a family this is not acceptable. In any situation where someone needs fresh air (or even just normal ventilation), this setup is stressful. 3) Misleading experience for longer stays If a cooktop is provided, guests naturally expect they can cook. If windows exist, guests expect they can get some ventilation. But in our case, both were effectively unusable, which made the stay feel misleading for a 7-day booking. What should improve ⢠Install proper kitchen ventilation (rangehood/exhaust) if providing a cooktop ⢠Provide a clear, safe way to open windows (or alternative ventilation) ⢠Be transparent at booking time if cooking and ventilation are restricted Bottom line: Good location, but due to ventilation and window issues, I cannot recommend this place for families or anyone planning a longer stay

No facilities like Toiletries - sanitary bags, tooth brush kit, head caps. These are basic amenities for a 4 star- no one to bring your luggage or take it, no provisions of getting yore rooms 30 min before. They refuse upfront even though on call they promised giving a a room before. Location is very nice and good.
