Wonderful afternoon spent at Cascade Brewery. We did both tours, shout out to Jasmine our tour guide. Very knowledgeable and obviously loves what she does. Loved the beer paddle after the tours, we also had food which was great. Gardens are amazing, just a wonderful way to spend a few hours. Highly recommended!! Something for everyone.

Great place, good atmosphere and beautiful garden overlooking the factory main building. The beers are great and the only food we tried was the amazing pork belly, it was really good. One thing to consider is to order 4 small beers instead of the beer tasting paddle. Unfortunately - or maybe good we were to late for the factory tour, I guess we have to come back ;-)

Cascade Brewery, one of the oldest breweries, is a historic and charming spot perfect for dinner. The location is stunning, with a lush green outdoor area, a lovely seating arrangement, and live music adding to the ambiance. The food was delicious, and the menu includes vegetarian options as well. Staff is polite and communication skills are good.

The guide's enthusiasm and knowledge brings the experience to life, making it both informative and enjoyable. The beer tasting option featuring a variety of Cascade’s beers. Each brew had its unique character, and the tasting experience feels generous and well-curated. Relaxing in the beautiful beer garden, surrounded by lush landscaping and historic architecture, was a treat. Enjoying a meal and a drink in such a serene setting made the experience even more memorable. Overall,our visit to Cascade Brewery was a perfect blend of history, great beer, and an inviting atmosphere—an unforgettable stop during our time in Hobart.

Lovely beer and Brisket. Tender and juicy Brisket. My wife was happy with her Caesar Salad and chicken. Great beer. I had the porter and the pale ale. Both good choices
