Wonderful afternoon spent at Cascade Brewery. We did both tours, shout out to Jasmine our tour guide. Very knowledgeable and obviously loves what she does. Loved the beer paddle after the tours, we also had food which was great. Gardens are amazing, just a wonderful way to spend a few hours. Highly recommended!! Something for everyone.

Had lunch at Cascade Brewery, just a short 10-minute drive from Hobart’s city centre. The venue is large and beautifully set, with a lovely garden area and a stunning view of the historic brewery building—such a great spot to relax. There was live music while we were there, which isn’t really my thing, but luckily you can sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere and scenery. They also offer brewery tours if you’re interested in learning more about the history and brewing process. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, making it a great spot for a casual lunch. Definitely worth a visit while in Hobart

I visited the Cascade Brewery Bar yesterday and had a great time. The atmosphere was welcoming, and there were plenty of beer options to choose from. The lady who served us was really friendly and helpful. One of the best parts was that you can sample the beers if you're not sure which one to pick. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience

We had a great time on the hour-long Cascade Brewery tour; fun, informative and packed with fascinating historical facts about Australia’s oldest (continually operating) brewery. Our guide Rob was knowledgeable & engaging, answering all our questions and keeping the tour flowing with energy & humour. A highlight was seeing the bottling process in action, which only happens once a week, making it a special surprise. The tour ended with a generous beer tasting, which we followed with a delicious lunch at the cosy, welcoming restaurant. Keep an eye out for Butch, the charming resident rooster! Highly recommended.

Great place, good atmosphere and beautiful garden overlooking the factory main building. The beers are great and the only food we tried was the amazing pork belly, it was really good. One thing to consider is to order 4 small beers instead of the beer tasting paddle. Unfortunately - or maybe good we were to late for the factory tour, I guess we have to come back ;-)
