I recently held my son’s 1st birthday party at the Balaclava rooftop. It was the perfect venue! The staff were all amazing and very helpful, food was incredible and the atmosphere was great! Would definitely have another function here 🥰

We hired out the Balaclava rooftop venue for my son's 21st birthday as we loved the industrial look. Once it had the balloons, cake and lighting in it did not disappoint, it was exactly as I'd hoped it would look. The event manager Lee was amazing to work with, great communication and went above and beyond to allowing us to have cultural entertainment. Stunning venue would definitely recommend!

Balaclava hotel has been well renovated with a nice rooftop bar upstairs. The venue is clean and tidy with a gaming machine room and pool table. Plenty of bathroom facilities and a smoking room out back for smokers.

Not only was the food amazing, but our server, Mad was incredible! Mad was so friendly and accommodating especially with our complicated orders for the kids. My sister insisted it was "the best schnitzel I've ever had!". If you're in St Kilda and want a delicious feed, to watch the footy, enjoy an ice cold beer, head to the Balaclava Hotel!

What an amazing venue. I would recommend the Balaclava hotel highly. Food, service and the staff just AMAZING. I had 120 guest at my party and it was most comfortable and best function I have ever had. I can’t thank Lee and Amber enough for helping me organise my amazing 50th birthday celebration.
