Stay well clear of Servcorp, we used Servcorp to answer our phones and they couldn’t get that right. The phone service regularly didn’t work. They offer lex a credit to use the board room when we don’t use the building. If I could give 0 stars I would. Choose another operator…

Unfortunately, I would not recommend anyone to get a plan with them. There are unnecessary charges for everything. They'll charge you just for breathing. I was charged $100 for the whiteboard usage for few hours. I was charged for them bringing and removing a chair from the room. Every month, I have inflated charges added in my invoice and I have to email them to inquire and they don't respond unless you say you are upgrading the plan. The staff is rude and they'll kick you out at exact 5.15. The office suites are old and small rooms, unless again you pay to 'upgrade' to a room with a window. Honestly, its cheaper to buy an office in Melbourne than use these coworking spaces with scummy practices. If you need a coworking space, go to smaller/private player instead of these big companies. I use Melbourne and Sydney locations.

The Servcorp team at 101 Collins Street in Melbourne are fabulous. We have worked with Servcorp for 5 years and recommend Servcorp for any business looking for a service which ensures all calls are answered and messages promptly forwarded to the right person with a thorough explanation of the caller’s requirements. The telephone answering team are exceptional and deal with our law firm clients in a professional and friendly manner. The offices, conference rooms and administrative services are perfect for client meetings. We also use the address service which provides us with a street address for our Melbourne office and a postal address. Overall an outstanding service from a great team.

We had an overall postive experience with the Servcorp boardroom facility in Collins St Vic. The staff were all friendly and helpful . There was a small issue with establishing a video conference but this was resolved with a bit of time. We would be happy to use their services again.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
