The Servcorp team at 101 Collins Street in Melbourne are fabulous. We have worked with Servcorp for 5 years and recommend Servcorp for any business looking for a service which ensures all calls are answered and messages promptly forwarded to the right person with a thorough explanation of the caller’s requirements. The telephone answering team are exceptional and deal with our law firm clients in a professional and friendly manner. The offices, conference rooms and administrative services are perfect for client meetings. We also use the address service which provides us with a street address for our Melbourne office and a postal address. Overall an outstanding service from a great team.

Servcorp at 101 Collins provides an unbeatable place to work! The outgoing and friendly team make coming to the office a real pleasure. I could not recommend them enough - plenty of amenities, co-working spaces, private rooms and much more! The team go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, included and appreciated. They also never miss an opportunity to celebrate - morning teas, afternoon teas, or treats left in the kitchen for everyone to enjoy is a common occurrence! If you are looking for a work space, I would definitely recommend Servcorp at 101 Collins!

We had an overall postive experience with the Servcorp boardroom facility in Collins St Vic. The staff were all friendly and helpful . There was a small issue with establishing a video conference but this was resolved with a bit of time. We would be happy to use their services again.

I rate this office at the same level as Morgan Stanley in New York or London. Incredible layout and views. Serena is one of the most professional staff I have ever encountered.

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.

Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
