LadyBoy Dining on Bridge Road is a fantastic spot for Thai food lovers in Melbourne. The restaurant's modern and chic atmosphere creates a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. We enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes, from the flavorful Duck and Ginger Dumplings to the zesty Thai Ceviche. The Lamb Shank Massaman was a highlight, featuring tender meat in a rich curry sauce. The cocktails, such as the refreshing Shiso - fine and the playful Jedi Master, were expertly crafted and added to our enjoyment. The service was outstanding, making it an ideal choice for both intimate dinners and lively gatherings with friends. What we had: š¦ Soft Shell Crab Sliders ($17) š„ Duck and Ginger Dumplings: orange, chili jam, oil ($16) š Thai Ceviche: Fresh, bold, zesty flavors with Salmon ($21) š Pad See Ew: Slow-cooked succulent sticky pork belly with Chinese broccoli and egg fried rice noodle ($23) š Lamb Shank Massaman: A classic with perfectly cooked lamb shank in a mouthwatering curry base ($33) š„ Roti and Satay Sauce: Flaky roti served piping hot with authentic satay sauce ($10) š Banana Fritters: Perfectly cooked with honey and ice cream ($16) š¹ Singapore Sling: Bombay dry gin, cherry heering, bitters pomegranate, lime ($24) šø White Gold: Malpaso Pisco, lemon liquor, elderflower, fresh lime, meringue, edible Gold ($24) š¹ Shiso - fine: Japanese yuzu infused gin, blood Orange, egg white, coconut cream, lime, salted popcorn, smoked paprika ($26) šø Jedi Master: Absolute miniature, Midori, elderflower, lemon, pineapple, grapefruit, popping candy ($24) š„ The Singing Lady: Johnnie Walker Gold, Frangelico, Lime, orange liqueur, syrup ($24)

Thai food to die for set in a modern, warm and chic dining space. This trendy bridge road Thai restaraunt floored me. Cocktails 10 out of 10!The kind of cocktails where balance, skill, presentation and execution meet in harmony. Each one was sublime, unique and memorable. Food 10 out of 10! Some of the best Thai food I have ever had. All food came out piping hot and fresh. The lamb shank in massaman curry was so flavorful and my spoon took the tender meat right off the bone. The roti and satay was exquisite as was the ceviche, spicy, creamy, balanced expertly with lime, citrus and acidity.

LadyBoy Dining and Bar serves up some of the best Thai in town. The venue itself is fun and colourful and the menu is a creative and modern take on traditional favourites. The 'Feed Me' set menu more than achieves what it promises to, and we were very satisfied by the end of our meal. We enjoyed a selection of entrees, such as stir fried cauliflower and eggplant, fried chicken, and salt and pepper calamari, all of which came in its own delicious sauce. Mains consisted of a pork belly Pad See Ew and braised lamb shank, which was by far the stand out dish of the evening. Dessert would have only cost us $5 extra per person, but we were too stuffed to fit more in!

First time experience dining, and it definitely did not disappoint. There were 4 of us and we opted for the Feed me menu and for $51pp it was good value for money! You get 3 entrees & 3 mains (chosen by the restaurant) and you can add an extra $5pp and get dessert but we were all so full! It was a little hard to understand some of the staff but was still great service! Everything was so good - So good I completely forgot to get photos of the entrees and the mains were already getting demolished when I got my photo š Favourite Entree; Fries chicken wings & salt & pepper squid Favourite Main; Lamb shank & Pork Pad See Ew and the coconut milk rice side. Drink of the night; Jedi Master
