I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Chadstone MGallery and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room was beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the spa was a relaxing retreat. I will definitely be returning in the future. Five stars all the way!

Good hotel, clean neat. Good beds, good shower. Great roof top bar AMAZING location with the connected Shopping center. Ideally - and one thing to change... a pillow menu or knowledge about alternate pillows as mine were waaay too hard and too high. (Reception told me at checkout they could have offered others... but It was too late by then... so - in room knowledge = ideal. )

I recently stayed at the Chadstone again for 5 nights for work, and had a wonderful experience in every way. From the room itself, the food and speed of room service to a great coffee. Well done. Your biggest asset are your team members, they do your brand proud.

Everything was good, except cleaning up the rooms, the was stuff on the floor, marks on the side of the bed, towels smelled bad, robes had a plastic feel to certain patches and also smelled bad. Then didn’t replace toilet paper i had to call on two separate occasions. The interior design was nice and everyone else was good, just please clean the rooms properly. Also location was great, right next to the mall. Another thing was that I was on the 11th floor and would just randomly hear banging otherwise pretty quiet.

We really enjoyed the 3 course dinner at pastore restaurant. The breakfast was also good. Rooms were stylish and clean. Adult pool hours need to be regulated , lots of children well past 9pm with no one there to enforce adult pool hours. I had to call front desk to have someone come up and attend to the matter.
