Review for Mantra Epping ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Mantra Epping, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They made me feel right at home, always ready to help with any questions I had. Their friendly service truly made my stay special. The atmosphere at the hotel is lovely. Everything is modern and cozy, creating a relaxing space where I could unwind after a long day. I loved spending time in the inviting lobby, and my room was a perfect little sanctuary. Checking in was a breeze, which was a relief after a long journey. Plus, being so close to the freeway made it easy to explore the area. Overall, my time at Mantra Epping was heartwarming and memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I can’t wait to come back!

It’s hard to agree that as consumers, restaurant customers can park for free while hotel guests have to pay for parking. When you pay for one day, the system is set for you to leave by 1:30 PM, even if you checked in at 5 PM. Because of this, we ended up paying for an extra day of overtime and five days of parking fees. I’m currently staying at Quest Epping, and honestly, it’s so much more convenient than Mantra. The accommodation quality is even better, the rooms are just as big, and the price is cheaper. If you’re choosing between the two, I’d recommend Quest. Also, the lighting in the rooms at Mantra is really dim.

I am located around Epping. We are considered as local there. This morning out family booked for breakfast buffet there. We were welcomed by friendly staff and cosy atmosphere. Unfortunately there was a customer destroyed our day when he came to our table and pointed to my son “you guys are eating like pigs, he is eating like pig”. I was too shocked to react anything after he left for his table. I did tell to one of the staff there, she came and consoled us and promised to report to the reception. I hope hotel should take an action to deal with this issue. I wonder why the hotel welcome such a terrible customer like that. I remembered his face. If there is any witness, I am happy to deal with that. Thank you so much.

We found the Mantra reasonably good with regards to clean room, service and room service. Parking was always available and safe. However I called the hotel from Perth and spoke with reception informing them that I had unwittingly left my watch behind. He took all my details and told me that I would be receiving a call later that day. It has now been two days, no call. Poor showing.

We had to go to Melbourne for medical reasons. The staff were lovely, the room was basic. No proper hanging space for my dresses, no where to hang bath mat or towels (stayed wet). Breakfast was a disaster. Your food handling is atrocious. Powdered eggs, burnt bacon, tomatoes were tastless. Everything was cold. I was really mad that they charged me $30.00 for something that I could get food poisoning over. Sorry, not a happy customer. I definitely will not be staying there again.
