Review for Mantra Epping ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Mantra Epping, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They made me feel right at home, always ready to help with any questions I had. Their friendly service truly made my stay special. The atmosphere at the hotel is lovely. Everything is modern and cozy, creating a relaxing space where I could unwind after a long day. I loved spending time in the inviting lobby, and my room was a perfect little sanctuary. Checking in was a breeze, which was a relief after a long journey. Plus, being so close to the freeway made it easy to explore the area. Overall, my time at Mantra Epping was heartwarming and memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I can’t wait to come back!

This is hands down my favorite place to stay—amazing value for money! I always come here when I need a break and want to catch up on work. It’s so relaxing, and the food is fantastic! Also the bed is 10/10 for comfort!

The bathroom was nice, but the basin was too small. I kept bumping my head on it when I went to wash my face. The single beds were a disaster - they were wobbly, and I felt like I was going to roll off every time I turned in bed. The sheets had an awful musty and dusty smell, as if they hadn't been used or washed in months. I had to ask reception to bring me new sheets in the middle of the night because I couldn't fall asleep with the smell. However, even after they brought them, the new sheets weren't any better. Not only did they smell, but they were also stiff, too thick, and made loud, crinkly sounds every time I turned. It was really annoying. The pillows were a joke - extremely soft with zero support for the head and neck, making me feel like I was sinking. In a hotel primarily meant for sleeping, the mattresses, pillows, and sheets should be of top quality. Otherwise, you end up waking up with a headache, feeling unrested, grumpy, and vowing never to book at Mantra again.

The experience of hosting an event (a school graduation dinner) with The Mantra was one of the most seamless and efficient I have ever been involved with. All communication leading up to the event was clear, timely and gracious, and the night went without a hitch due to the attention to detail of our host (Eric was wonderful!) and all the servers and additional attendees. We will certainly be booking again in future thanks to the hard work of all involved. A wonderful venue with great facilities, great food and great staff. Thank you!

Good location on the outskirts of the city. Lovely room with views to the city skyline, and quiet even though it's on a busy road. Exceptional staff ... friendly and helpful, delicious buffet breakfast, 11.00AM checkout, parking. The perfect package. Thank you.
