The experience of hosting an event (a school graduation dinner) with The Mantra was one of the most seamless and efficient I have ever been involved with. All communication leading up to the event was clear, timely and gracious, and the night went without a hitch due to the attention to detail of our host (Eric was wonderful!) and all the servers and additional attendees. We will certainly be booking again in future thanks to the hard work of all involved. A wonderful venue with great facilities, great food and great staff. Thank you!
Good location on the outskirts of the city. Lovely room with views to the city skyline, and quiet even though it's on a busy road. Exceptional staff ... friendly and helpful, delicious buffet breakfast, 11.00AM checkout, parking. The perfect package. Thank you.
We absolutely love the Mantra Epping. $30pp for the breakfast buffet is so worth it for a cute and great quality breakfast close to home. They also do vouchers to gift a brekky experience for your friends. The rooms are always tidy and the service is always on-point.
Well maintained hotel. Stayed here twice and rooms are nice, have all the essentials and clean. Their bed pillows are above average and have choice of firmer higher pillows and the lower softer types. Mattress is springy but supportive. For a newer hotel I find the sound proofing from outside traffic noise not that great - the hoons driving by do a wonderful job of keeping you awake all night. The restaurant/bar downstairs is another asset of this venue serving quality food options for a variety of requirements - especially love how still water comes in glass bottles compared to the usual plastic types. The morning coffee though is a bit inconsistent and not hot enough - not a great way to start your day with a coffee that seems like was someone else's.
Hotel has very good location. Large free parking . Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't have booking, but no drama .Reception is open 24/7 Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is super affordable and very good. Highly recommend.
