I highly recommend Balgownie Estate for a weekend lunch venue. We had friends visiting from interstate and requested a window seat. They allocated the best corner table with views. The staff were very attentive, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

A good trip to Balgownie winery for a romantic stay. Plenty of wine variety, but nothing to write home about. Spa experience was a bit of a miss, unfortunately. Definitely pricey for a room but food and drinks were reasonable. Not much else to do on the estate. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

My partner and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was absolutely incredible! The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. If I could, I’d give 10 stars! A special shout-out to Lauren, who was truly fantastic and made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Balgownie for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

We stayed in a superior one bedroom, pic view from balcony. These rooms have been well renovated. Separate bedroom with spacioys comfortable lounge area. Bathroom was all new and very clean. We also dined there and found the 3 course menu exceptional with choices to suit most palates. There is an outside decked area to enjoy a drink from their bar also. There is a heated indoor pool and Endota Spa on site. All the staff we came across were pleasant and eager to help. Great place to base yourself on a visit to the Yarra Valley or just stay there and don't leave!

We had a wonderful, celebratory meal for four at Balgownie Estate. The staff were very personable and we were served complimentary drinks and a complimentary sweet to celebrate our special occasion. The menu gave us lots of choices and the food was beautifully cooked and presented. Thank you for making this special day so memorable.
