Booked a one night stay with my husband for his birthday and unfortunately we received the worst customer service from the reception staff. We had several issues with the booking and each staff would say a different story over the phone vs in person. The manager would deny what the previous staff has said and offered his own explanation with no solution. Despite the hotel being quite lovely and in a prime location in the CBD. We will not be staying here again for the horrible customer service alone.

Perfect location for our 5 night stay. Bed was super comfortable, very clean apartment with everything you could need( aside from laundry facilities) service was great. Pool and sauna were enjoyable. Tram stop right outside the front door and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great place to stay and enjoy Melbourne.

Great hotel for the price - top location, clean and well-equipped. Unfortunately, we needed two beds, we booked for two beds, we were told we could have two beds ... then arrived to a room with one bed. After being told it would be split into two, we were told a couple of hours later that couldn't happen and a rollaway was brought in. Unfortunately, that made the room really cramped. Two staffers could not have cared less about our unhappiness with the situation, but a third (Thereva - fantastic service!) sorted it for us by finding another room. I'd give this hotel 5 stars if all staff members were like Thereva, but would hesitate to book here again because of the unpleasantness of simply trying to get the room we booked.

I recently stayed at Citadines, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the only downside was that the air conditioning didn't work properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer parts of the day. Despite this issue, the friendly staff and nice amenities made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend Citadines for a comfortable stay, but I hope they address the AC issue.

I recently stayed at the Citadines and the customer service was exceptional. I accidently booked the incorrect date and did not have a room for the night. The lovely lady on reception found me a room even though they were fully booked. I was extremely relieved as we had travelled from interstate. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. I will be returning to stay here again.
