The location is great, right across the tram stations and in walking distance of many restaurants. The room has microwave and cutleries, which is great help for families. The staff is also friendly and helpful. My room was not that clean unfortunately :( there was so much dirt and trash below the sofa and the whole room feels very tired.

Great location. I would say the hotel is cheap and cheerful though! You get what you pay for I guess! The rooms were fine and smart. Could have done with a bit of a deeper clean. Lots of dust in crevices and skirting boards. The rooms are not sound proof at all… you can hear peoples conversations as you walk past. Bed and pillow comfy though! On one day we put a do not disturb on our door as we didn’t want our room made up as we were only there 2 nights, but housekeeping ignored that and entered the room anyway when we weren’t there, which I didn’t love in going to be honest.

Great central location. The room we had was a little tired. The carpets were stained and walls were marked. There was no conditioner or body wash in the room (bottles were empty). Great little tea selection though and comfy bed and pillows. There were no towels at the pool both times we visited. These were however quickly replaced when we called down. Staff were nice and attentive.

A very convenient hotel with bars and restaurants nearby. Price was reasonable. However, the furnishings were dated and there were clear signs of wear-and-tear. Towels did not feel fresh. There were hair trapped in the shower drain, and there were plenty of items need urgent repair when we first checked-in. Bedding was clean and comfortable at least.
