I recently stayed at Citadines on Bourke Melbourne and honestly, it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to trams, shopping, and restaurants, which made it super convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, including a little kitchenette which came in handy for late-night snacks. I really appreciated how quiet it was despite being in such a busy area

Excellent location for a first-time visitor to Melbourne. The tram stop is right outside, Chinatown is just a street away, and there’s plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Made for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about this place! Close to trams, good restaurants and bars and the theatres. Rooms were very generous and clean. Beds were very comfortable too. Will stay again on our next visit.

Staying here as I write this. Don’t believe the pictures. This hotel is about as bland and under serviced as you can get. Literally no personality and nothing going on. For the price - this is very poor. Few windows, dark, no view and barely any room in the bedrooms. For some reason there are about 10 floor to ceiling cupboards all empty… and two giant bathrooms… huh? And this is an executive suite… Check out the view (see my pic) There are so many better options in Melbourne - skip this one.

Perfect location, rooms are clean and perfect as they have a kitchen and everything you need. Great views on higher floors and excellent staff. Juliana on the front desk is a true asset to this great hotel.
