Maddie and the team at Servcorp provide a professional and friendly environment in which to establish and grow your business in a landmark CBD location on William Street. The building facilities and panoramic views of the CBD from Bourke Street Mall to Port Phillip Bay are world class and second to none.

"Excellent solution, wonderful staff and excellent value for money!" - This was my review 2 years ago. Yes the views are excellent, and they have just done up the whole floor. However, Servcorp as a company are appalling. They are overpriced, charge extras for things you don't even know exist, and are absolutely miserly when you change your contract. I would advise anyone considering this option to carefully review other options and compare contracts!

Very helpful staff who made our stay while moving to a new permanent office a pleasure. Very nice, classic office fittings with good amenities. Fantastic location on the 40th floor. The building is very close to several tram routes and train stations.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
