What a stay! I was only here for 1 night on business, but I will be returning. The studio room was incredibly spacious and the night manager made the check in so simple and pleasant. The room was so clean and well presented!

Beds were super comfy, the swimming pool was big & heated , good selection of machines & weights in the gym nice big spa. Very friendly staff organised our day trip to the Great ocean road, location of hotel was central to everything! Would definitely stay here again .

Great rooms, convenient location and excellent service for the most part of our stay. The kitchenette facilities in the studio apartment would be good for those having a longer stay. What stops me giving five stars was my experience at breakfast. When I informed the staff that I had dietary intolerances and wanted to know what I could eat at the buffet before paying for it, they simply invited me to take a look and see what there was that I could eat. As it was impossible to know what ingredients the food contained just by looking at it (apart from the fruit), I didn’t partake. Very disappointing. I appreciate that not every hotel will label buffet food for allergens, but I’ve always had a staff member show me what was safe, or find out from the kitchen what the ingredients were if they didn’t know. Highly recommend the hotel if you don’t have any dietary issues, but for me, ‘don’t know, don’t care, see for yourself’ isn’t good enough. I will probably choose to stay somewhere else next time as I have a paid Accor membership which includes 50% off the food bill - a pointless waste of money if you can’t eat there

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming on arrival. Apartment was as expected- happy with this. We were in CBD to celebrate one sisters 60th and found complimentary bottle of wine & fruit platter on arrival… such a beautiful gesture. On check out had a great chat/ laugh with staff at reception… we all loved it. Will definitely be back and also recommend to others. Thankyou! Wishing you all a Fabulous weekend. 😊☀️🥂

All staff was absolutely lovely and accommodating. Shout out to Timothy who was a delight. The breakfast area and buffet was lovely. Great location. Great spa and pool area. Will happily come back again.
