We had an absolutely amazing stay thanks to Angelo and Sas! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made our experience special on our anniversary. Whether it was offering helpful local tips, ensuring our room was perfect, or simply greeting us with a smile every day, they made a lasting impression. We can’t thank them enough for making our stay unforgettable — they are a true asset to the hotel!, thank you for letting us check in early and check out late as our flight was delayed. The view from our hotel was beautiful also.

Roomy 2 bedroom apartment, great view, comfy beds, great pillows, hot shower (although over a bath so not ideal), 2 toilets always comes in handy, great location, easy to get to, had buffet breakfast one morning which was perfectly fine with a decent selection. Clothes dryer didn't work but staff allowed me to use the dryer in a vacant room which was much appreciated. Spa and pool were nice. Gym looked well equipped. Street noise during the night and early morning was quite loud even though we were on the 17th floor. Would stay again.

My recent stay at Mantra was nothing short of amazing! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, which made me feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a delightful variety of options that catered to all tastes. Overall, my experience at Mantra was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The room was BEAUTIFUL. The service was fantastic. Angelo & Sas at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful, kind & accommodating. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our stay here for 7 nights. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Stayed in a one bedroom studio with a balcony. We chose this apartment type because it had a kitchenette and listed amongst the many other amenities a "washing machine " however as advertised there was no washing machine, which was a little disappointing but in no way a deal breaker. The staff very kindly offered another room to do our washing but we happily accepted an air dryer stand. The only other issue with the otherwise perfect room was there is no actual stand alone table to sit at to eat meals! We will stay here again as it's location on Russell st is perfect with a multitude of shops and theatres and so many restaurants and bars you will struggle to make a choice.
